Receptionist was super nice!!! Very friendly!!! Room was very clean and didn't have any bad smells.

Some firmer pillows mixed with the soft ones provided. My spouse has blood clot issues and needs firmer pillows to prop his feet up. I just had surgery a couple weeks ago and needed to sleep inclined position. Was a little difficult to prop self up on fluffy pillows. We made it work though. Bath tub needs some sort of mat. When taking a shower the tub is extremely slippery. My spouse slipped a couple times while showering. I opted not to shower for fear of a fall after just having had recent surgery. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths to wipe myself down with. 😀

Good location. Restaurants and Walmart very near.

We had stayed here before and it was a great experience but this time everything was clean except the floors. They were dirty. I still rated it a good rating because of the front desk person named Corri who went out her way and swept and mopped the room. We will come back because of the outstanding customer service she displayed.

The nice lady at the front desk went above and beyond measure to make sure we where comfortable. She even called our room to make sure everything was fine with our room. We have stayed at some pretty high end hotels and never had this happen. We will definitely be staying here again!

There wasn't anything that we disliked. Everything was perfect! My only suggestion would be to have more pillows but that is it! We asked for a couple of extra pillows and the nice lady at the front desk even offered to bring them to our room.

I loved everything about this hotel. I’d recommend Suburban Studios to anyone looking to book a hotel. The staff was awesome, the room was awesome even the other guests were awesome! 10/10 stars for me!

It was a very reasonable price and the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was a big bonus traveling with kids.

Toilet seat was not sturdy The day of check in the room smelled like old cabbage.

I love the location and also the staff.

There is an annoying door you have to go through to get the elevators but I rather have it than not.

Bed was comfy and clean.

Parking lot sit a little strange and it was smoke free but 4th floor when elevator opened had a smoke smell.
