We love it very for our 🐶 the location is great we live here for a very long time I grew up in Frederick so I know the area this was the old Sheridan inn but never stayed there we stay here a few weeks ago for my younger brother memorial service and when back to Dothan Alabama Dan had to come again within 2 weeks to see my sister and then she passed away and a few days later my wife's mother passed away so we have to say a few more days it is a very nice hotel we love staying here

The facility was under renovation. The entrance wasn't easy to find and had to be buzzed in just to check in. So it was not very welcoming but friendly staff compensated. When I book it wasn't disclosed that the facility was being remodeled. That would have made the search for the entrance a bit less unsettling.

Letting customers know that renovations were underway would have made the search for the lobby, buzz in and double doors to lobby less off-putting. Breakfast the first day was a bit "thin" as some item ran out an hour before the end of serving time.

We were very impressed with the building! Even with ongoing renovations, the hotel was quiet. We arrived at almost midnight, were greeted very pleasantly by I believe her name was Sandy. Check-in was quick and easy since I had prepaid. We were given excellent directions to our room, were told about breakfast and directions on how to get there. Because of the renovations/construction some access routes through the hotel were restricted, but overall not a problem. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt and more.

The only thing both of us commented on was the fact that there was no trash can in the bathroom, and that neither of us had ever stayed in a hotel without two trash cans! There was some wear and tear evident in the room and hallways, but they're working on renovations.

Great location, centralized but tucked away. Great views while outside if you look. Cheaper than most hotels in the immediate area and much more value. The indoor pool and layout of the hotel are fun for the family. Breakfast spread is always good. Location: right next to the mall and short driving/walking distance to mostly everything you could want + Target/Chic-fil-a, and Sheetz. This place is a hidden gem, rooms a tiny bit outdated, but clean and has plenty of character…

I feel a lot of pressure from staff to check-out asap in check-out day… knocks on the door from Housekeeping and even one call from front desk staff.

The hotel is under going a physical and format renovation. I take it that besides the restaurants and other areas the rooms will be also updated. However, the room was clean and had all the commodities expected. The place is clean and safe. The staff helpful and polite.

An elevator is lacking for the elderly and disable to get to the second floor.

The price changed from when I booked it . Was not the same.ended up in a smaller room with a smaller bed, being booked through Booking.com they could not adjust the price. So I will never go to your website again.

Breakfast foods were good a nice variety to choose from entree, fresh fruits, milk, juices, teas, coffee etc. waffles were a hit!

- Breakfast is great , my kids really like the selection/variety - Housekeeping is wonderful very organized ( clean towels were always available when we needed them ) - staff is very helpful & friendly. - Good prices & pet friendly

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was not finished cleaning my room when I arrived and they were very apologetic. I encouraged them not to rush and I patiently waited. My reward was a very clean room.

I was on the second floor and there is no elevator. This would have been okay, except I had two heavy bags that I had to fenagle upstairs. I expected to have a microwave and refrigerator in my room, but I didn't. Some of the room have them and some don't.

Breakfast was very nice and served in a nice airy atrium. Did find the key access at a side door a bit wonky as twice using the key at a side door seemed to render it unreadable by my room lock. Large, ample grass area available for walking dogs.

Thermostats need to be upgraded to be more readable to set room temps. Site access is just a bit hard to locate as it is off the service road of the shopping center.
