Larger room, clean friendly staff, great breakfast.

We came by boat. It can be a struggle to get transportation from Cambridge Yacht Club to Hotel. Many boaters seem to use Closer accommodations for that reason. If the hotel could offer a shuttle I think many more boaters and regatta crew would use the Holiday Inn. It is a nice place to stay!

It was in a great location. Close to points of interest on our journey. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was hot, choices were varied, and food was good! It was a good experience!

Breakfast was over at 10:00. AM little longer would be nice. Housekeeping is not available every day but we didn’t know that. We were able to get fresh linens at the front desk when requested.

Room was neat and clean, bed was comfortable. It had a microwave (lots of rooms don't) and fridge. The bathroom was stocked with full-sized bath products. Easy check-in/out process. Hot breakfast bar. Location was five minutes away from my conference and from Walmart, gas, food, etc.

Room was smaller than expected. Heater didn't work properly. Locking mechanisms on the door were loose. And my floor had a marijuana smell.

the aesthetics of the room were great. The amenities were above average compared to other hotels of comparable value. the other things such as the hotel breakfast, pool, and gym help to elevate the stay.

The floor was a bit dirty in my room and I had to use sanitation wipes to clean it. The shower had noticeable damage that seemed like it was soap scum. The iron and ironing board had brown grim on it and I wasn't aware until it stained my clothing.

The breakfast was good. There was a variety to choose from. I wish there was a another option for stronger coffee. A microwave in the breakfast section to reheat your plate would have been great. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The decor of the room was very comfortable and trendy. I would recommend this property as an option when staying in the Cambridge, MD area.

It would be helpful to have written notices about housekeeping. I was disappointed to return to my room and the bed was not made. I know times have changed, but if a sign was in the room to inform the guests of the housekeeping policy, that would be helpful.

Good bed, quiet room.

Bathroom was falling apart and shower leaked everywhere (causing much of the damage). Building looked better from the outside than inside but was well kept, just old and a bit grimy on elevator doors. The rear entrance had AC units over it which leaked condensation straight onto everyone’s head when coming and going. No way to avoid that. TV stations were very basic, no premium channels or movies to watch

Breakfast was quite good—fresh coffee (regular and esp decaf could be stronger), hot healthy food (nice to have turkey sausage and egg white omelette), choices of yoghurt & milks were very much appreciated. Loved the coffee maker & quality of coffee in the room, nice to have fresh apples out for us.

Would like to see recycle bins available; would prefer choice of breakfast cereals to include at least one w/o any sugar (original cheerios for example); would like some smaller pillows provided, including a flatter pillow, not just big fat ones. The air conditioning unit was rather primitive. It was challenging to cool the room to a comfortable level at night; we could only get it too warm or too cold.

It's Cambridge - not a great variety of interesting hotel options so this was fine. It seemed expensive for what it was. While the rooms were clean, decent size...standard for this chain, the walls were thin (could hear the people next door having loud sex), and the hall doors banged.

The breakfast was bad - cold coffee, pancake machine wasn't working, breakfast helper was pretty surly when we asked for fresh (or at least hot) coffee.

The location was perfect for our stay in Cambridge. The breakfast was very good, loved that the staff enjoyed their working there, stopped to have conversation with guest.

We had a 2-night stay, unfortunately no one came to refresh our room for the 2nd night. I understand not to change out bedding or new towels but maybe to replenish the coffee.

Clean and spacious. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was simple but convenient. We stayed here before heading to Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge and it was very convenient.

I wish there was some fresh options at breakfast, more then just apples. One of the reading lights on the bed was broken, but it wasn't a big deal.
