The hotel is beautiful and the room were great. I only stayed a night and had to leave super early but check in was relatively quick and I found everything I needed in the room.

Clean, beautiful inside!! Great dining options. Wallys amazing service, food- fantastic wine list!! The pools were so nice. Our room was great beds are comfortable.

Our room card deactivated a few times! The bar Alle Lounge on 66 has great views- the music is loud! You have to talk loud!!

It is a little bit far from the Strip that is Main Street in Las Vegas, but I think it was better because it is quiet. If you have a car, then it is not problem.

Pool opens at 11 am (check out time) and closes at 4pm (check in time) I think this extremely unfair,You basically have to stay two nights to ever step foot in the pool.Bookings also shows an indoor pool which turns out was a spa and a whopping $200 a person to get in.Also the parking lot is on the opposite end of this huge resort and takes two elevators and alot of walking through the casino to get there which is time consuming and exhausting.

Convenience of multiple restaurants and multiple pools. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel

No coffee maker in our room. They closed the pool halfway through the day due to wind when the worst of the wind had already passed.

Fabulous brand new hotel on the far end of the strip. Modern, clean, great staff and amenities. The Jacuzzi (and bimini bar) was open in December!!! Huge thumbs up there.

The room safe wouldn't open and the room was missing a chair. These issues were never resolved even after 3 reminders. Not a huge deal but room for improvement there.

The rooms are super comfortable and a great size - the strip view makes it v. special too. The resort itself has a lot of great things to get involved in: a fab food market and the gym is also fantastic. The reviews on this place when we were booked were hit & miss, but we honestly loved our stay. It’s worth downloading the app to help with your check-in, as you can skip the queues.

People at the Dawg House were very nice and helpful. Cindy deserves big kudos. She was very kind, friendly, and considerate! 4th time staying here but the best visit of the 4. For once, your slot machines were loose enough that I could get some decent wins before plowing it all back in. Overall, I lost, but the entertainment value was exceptional. It was the first time that I stayed with you that I didn't have to leave and go elsewhere to play. I am sure you realize that most people want to be entertained when they play... winning is secondary!

I understand that your establishment is geared towards attracting an Asian clientele, but there are a few to many Asian or Oriental themed machines for my liking.

The whole building is new and clean compared to the other hotels in Vegas, the Strip view room has a good view

The food at the food court is terrible, the property is a bit far away from the Strip, you can get free self-parking if you get their App and register a play card but nobody mentioned it during our check-in

Room was well appointed and bathroom was gorgeous. The central bathtub was a standout. Floor space was excellent. Baggage and Valet service was exceptional. We love the Resort World Food Court and the restaurants. All Staff very friendly.

Housekeeping was terrible. On check-in, we waited for our adjoining room to be cleaned for >2 hours and then we had to change rooms entirely because they said the room would not be cleaned in 6 hours. Second set of rooms had small issues that were annoying: Bathroom sliding door had a gap that allowed a clear view. Blackout curtains didn't close the last 6 inches. The room key cards were faulty and needed replacement numerous times to work the elevators. We tried to call through the automated system to report all of these issues and were on hold for >20 minutes before we just hung up. Really annoying.
