The hotel is beautiful and the room were great. I only stayed a night and had to leave super early but check in was relatively quick and I found everything I needed in the room.

Clean, beautiful inside!! Great dining options. Wallys amazing service, food- fantastic wine list!! The pools were so nice. Our room was great beds are comfortable.

Our room card deactivated a few times! The bar Alle Lounge on 66 has great views- the music is loud! You have to talk loud!!

The room was so comfortable and clean. View was so nice. The pool is wonderful, so many people was enjoying.

It is a little bit far from the Strip that is Main Street in Las Vegas, but I think it was better because it is quiet. If you have a car, then it is not problem.

Convenience of multiple restaurants and multiple pools. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel

No coffee maker in our room. They closed the pool halfway through the day due to wind when the worst of the wind had already passed.

Everything is fresh and clean. Very good state of furniture and different areas of the hotel. Great cocktails and staff at the Gatsby bar. Tasty food in the restaurants at the hotel.

Paying for beds by the infinity pool. We felt like we were taken advantage of and were the only ones who paid for the bed and had the red hand band on. Others took the bed without paying, it was unfair to us. And when we asked for reimbursement for this unfair situation at least with a drink we got completely ignored. No manager came to us and nobody apologised. Neither did they remove the coats of the sun bed from us for this unfairness, staff was unhelpful there.

People at the Dawg House were very nice and helpful. Cindy deserves big kudos. She was very kind, friendly, and considerate! 4th time staying here but the best visit of the 4. For once, your slot machines were loose enough that I could get some decent wins before plowing it all back in. Overall, I lost, but the entertainment value was exceptional. It was the first time that I stayed with you that I didn't have to leave and go elsewhere to play. I am sure you realize that most people want to be entertained when they play... winning is secondary!

I understand that your establishment is geared towards attracting an Asian clientele, but there are a few to many Asian or Oriental themed machines for my liking.

The whole building is new and clean compared to the other hotels in Vegas, the Strip view room has a good view

The food at the food court is terrible, the property is a bit far away from the Strip, you can get free self-parking if you get their App and register a play card but nobody mentioned it during our check-in

I loved the room and the amazing staff. We also loved the room service and all the amenities that the Conrad provided. The shower and bathroom were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The view was spectacular and entertaining in itself. We could see the whole of the strip and were mesmerized by the lights.

The Air conditioning was very drying. I think the room would be even better if there was a couch or vanity to fill the empty space. The linens on the bed were dirty when we first checked in, but the staff was very quick to help us replace that. Oh! In the bathroom the glass door to the toilet was falling off the hinges so we were unable to close that door all the way. If you tried to close it, it would make a horrible screeching noise. So we just left it open and closed off the entire bathroom when using the toilet. Wasn't a huge deal but I thought I would mention it.

Beautiful resort very modern and clean staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pool opens at 11 am (check out time) and closes at 4pm (check in time) I think this extremely unfair,You basically have to stay two nights to ever step foot in the pool.Bookings also shows an indoor pool which turns out was a spa and a whopping $200 a person to get in.Also the parking lot is on the opposite end of this huge resort and takes two elevators and alot of walking through the casino to get there which is time consuming and exhausting.

Fabulous brand new hotel on the far end of the strip. Modern, clean, great staff and amenities. The Jacuzzi (and bimini bar) was open in December!!! Huge thumbs up there.

The room safe wouldn't open and the room was missing a chair. These issues were never resolved even after 3 reminders. Not a huge deal but room for improvement there.
