The staff were great. Breakfast was much better than we expected, options and quantity - and good coffee! The courtesy water and coffee is a nice plus. The location is great - near the airport and also the strip. In and out burger is right there too.

The beds were small! Doubles not queens. And not very comfortable. Advertised for 4 adults but we didn’t fit - must be only for very skinny and small adults. One of us had to sleep on the floor and we didn’t get a good rest. For the price and the suite we expected to be comfortable.

We felt the staff were very engaging and helpful ... rooms were clean and comfy ... facilities like the gym and pool great ... the Manager was very welcoming ... came out and talked with us ... gave our family a bottle of cold water each ... the breakfast was great ... we will return to this facility for sure ... it was the 5th Mariott we stayed in during our 11 day vacation to the west coast/Vegas.

This was a good choice for our Vegas trip. We were using Vegas as a jumping off point for travel through Nevada and California and did not want to stay on the strip. We booked the bigger room that had 2 beds and a pull out sofa. it worked for us and our 2 teen boys. The breakfast was the usual chain, budget breakfast with a few hot offerings. It was all as expected.

Basic but tidy. Had a pool ( pretty cold in October) and a hot tub. Decent breakfast w choice of porridge, cereal, scrambled eggs, bagels and waffles. Very comfy beds.

Nothing, it’s priced adequately and you cannot expect more. It’s a good 20 min walk across busy streets to get to the Strip. Taxis and buses are available, or you can park your car at the hotels on the Strip ( some $25/ day or $20 at Marriott Fairfield).

The property was clean and the room was great for what we needed it for and that was to have a clean place to stay. We enjoyed the included breakfast. Would love to have had some waffles. The location was perfect!

We were there for 2 nights. I really don’t have any complaints except for price that I paid for the two nights we stayed.

Frequent stay at Fairfield Marriott....the location is perfect. Right by the freeway and minutes away from the strip....

For some reason...The King size bed, was not comfortable at all. Felt like I was sleeping on a wood board, with a mattress topper. I've stayed in the room with double queen beds, and those beds were more comfortable.

Convenient location and good continental breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff replaced used towels but left the clean ones on the floor in the bedroom so we couldn’t use them. Also trash cans and recycling bins were really small so they overflowed easily with one takeout container.

The breakfast was so perfect I really loved the options and the available seating. it was very busy and the staff worked very quickly to refill anything food or beverage items that ran out. I really enjoyed it!

Honestly, there was not a thing I didn't like. The staff was very friendly and informative. Every time we came and left we were greeting by smiles. I really feel the staff is the icing on the cake when it came to our stay here. Rooms were clean.
