I liked the location and the overall design of the room. The breakfast was also good.

In the middle of the night, I woke up due to a horrible odor coming from the bathroom. Also, we didn't have any wifi service in the hotel.

Very good service, the staff was kind and professional.

The bed sheets were dirty, they smelled dirty and had hair in them.

I arrived to the hotel at 7pm and there were not rooms available at that time!!! I waited for 30 minutes and they send me to the hotel City Suites next to it, which was not bad but I wasted a lot of time.

Bed was confortable

Smells bad. You can only go to the floor where your room is. We had 3 rooms all in diferent floors. The Internet didn't work and I've been asking for factura and haven't send it.

Staff was helpful and spoke good English. Room was quite clean. Breakfast OK for a 3 star, as expected. New small bottle of water every day.

The terrible sewage smell in the area that creeps into the room every night from 8 pm to around 10 am in the morning. Unbearable. As if you're sleeping covered in feces. I stayed for 6 nights and it happened every night. Cherry on the top - windows don't open, but now I understand why. It's not the hotel's fault, but be aware and consider it carefully. Wouldn't recommend unless you've lost your smell at some point in life.

wifi connection is really bad. the breakfast wasnt that good as before. the hot water in the shower was crazy hot-cold-hot-cold within a minute. the cable tv service was disaster. terrible connection
