The location is unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and dining options. The nearby transit options made it incredibly convenient to explore the city without any hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The noise during our stay think its the renovation. the air conditioner can be noisy when you turn to HIGH. silent at medium (but not cool enough)

Location. The proximity to transport connections, especially the Skytrain to and from the airport. Easy walk with luggage from the train station in under 10 mins. Skytrain is super affordable, and it’s a breeze getting from the airport in 30 mins. Very close to markets, street food, massage places etc, the neighbourhood has a great buzz. Bright, fresh, very comfortable room. Warm welcome from staff every time you enter and leave the building. The rooftop bar was also great to sit and enjoy the warm nights and see the neighbourhood all lit up.

No complaints. Entry to the hotel is down a long driveway, or through a small shopping complex with market stalls. Once you find it, it’s easy to navigate to and from.

Toilet tower is too old and bed sheet also need to replace new one, Sad that a 4 star hotel have no swiming pool. Breakfast and location is great.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty close to each other as we requested. And thank you so much for the arrangement of my friend's honeymoon surprise. That was really great and nice of all of the staffs.

We were sad only because we were not able to swim. We all were expecting to swim once we get to hotel. Other thing is please considered turning Air con on in the elevator. Also, the car pick up were not really smooth for all of us since we are not the native citizen of Thailand. But overall, it was pretty good experiences.

The hotel is located in Pratunam. CentralWorld, Platinum Mall , Big C, Pratunam Wholesale market, Palladium night market are all easily accessible by walking. There is also a link bridge which you can use that connects you to the various shopping malls around the area. The nearest BTS is at Siam Station & Ratchadamri Station. It would take about 15 to 20 mins walk from the hotel. If you are adventurous - you can also take the long tail boat via the canal like the locals. Cheap and fun. There is a small "mall" adjacent to the hotel. There is a massage center that opens up to 2 am .. good massage and clean. There are also many eateries and massage along the way. The rooms are clean and the staff are exceptional. Thank you for the kind hospitality.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The location was good except for the fact that there was a back road GPS would send our drivers on that had a gate that cost money to enter. The rooftop bar was nice also. The breakfast had many options and certainly left us full. Our stay was all in all excellent.

We were disappointed there was never cut mango at the included breakfast. We also spotted a cockroach twice at breakfast that was taken care of by staff.

Airport transfer couldnt tke in our fam grp in 1 van during arrival. So much empty seats, would hv booked grab instead of 2 van. Big fam grp not recommended to take their airport transfer wen arrive. When chk out, finally got a van to take the whole lot of us to the airport with a good price.

Everything in this hotel. Most of them can speak English even normal staff. Just two days but they are so friendly. Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet are amazing. But I didn't try dinner buffet. Because I want eat traditional Thailand street food. I always remember Mr.Pan, he is super friendly, he hope I can come back Thailand again for travel, but I told him, nowadays Thailand people not friendly like before. But he said don't worry, and then he pray for me, hope next time come Bangkok can meet good people. But he forgot he is good person in my heart. Tq
