Location is good as it's only 600 meters or so near Mevlana Myseym and just 100 meter from Cultural Center. Taxi stand in the parking lot makes it convenient. Beds are very comfortable. Makes for a good nights rest.

No spa or salon. No swimming pool or sauna. Very limited fitness center. Limited amenities in bathroom. Without these facilities this is not a true five star. Also it's away from main shopping locations and no restaurants nearby makes it boring. However these places are within 10 mins walk so it's 50/50

The staff generally was very attentive and helpful. Zafer at the reception especially helped us with our luggage, advised us about various things to do and got reservations. The location was perfect and central. The breakfast layout is more than adequate.

Minor maintenance problems. For example room 124 the latch on the main door was broken. The dustbin lid in the bathroom was not functional. Generally the decor was dated.

The best hotel in Turkey. So amazing the facilities. Love the shop, the staffs, the restaurant, and most importantly, the spacious room! And the garden. The taxi service! The sandwich that gets me through a day journey… This hotel makes me feel like home. The location is perfect as well as I’m attending Mevlana commemoration.

Is a business hotel 15 min walk to Konya museum and center. Near there is a hall and you can see dervishi dance every night. It's a standard hotel with good staff and a restaurant not much expansive. Good underground parking free of charge.

Maybe for a 4 star we like to find some amenities more like napkin or beauty set

It is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.

The hotel didn't provide any beverages even water in the room. You had to buy them. They charged twice the amount advertised on booking.com for the breakfast.

The hotel is located in a perfect place for Rumi museum and walking distance from the centre of Konya

Cleaning of rooms was minimal and bed sheets not changed regular

Many times, I stayed in this hotel and it is a very good and reliable hotel , 15 minutes walk to Mevlana meuse and the old city, very close to the Culture centre and other meusums . Breakfast is perfect, and room service is excellent. Rooms are large and very comfy with very good bathrooms.

A bit far from the city restaurants and activities but you can reach with a nice walk. It was very expensive in Mevlana season in December.

Basics don’t expect Hilton quality. We didn’t have help to carry our luggage’s they sent someone who was not physically able to help . Only location is good

Clean, spatious, quiet. Overall a solid 4-star experience.

Google maps can't properly route there because of panorama museum overlapping. No road signs. I made 5 circles around neibourhood in the pitch dark while looking for parking entrance (or any entrance). A/C was either tundra or sauna, could not target temperature properly.
