Breakfast was not as good as I expected. Hotel lobby was not at the entrance of the building. No free airport shuttle.

Do away with the QR code as a menu. Not every guest is 20-30 years old and easily duped by cost savings high tech marketing ploys.

The room, beds, and breakfast were all top quality and what you would expect from any well managed Hampton Inn in the United States. The staff was helpful at check-in and with securing a taxi to return to the airport.

There were almost no options for dinner other than the hotel's restaurant. The food at the restaurant was alright, but not good, and was pricey for what we got. If you have a car, you could drive across the 4 lane road to go to one of the two stand alone restaurants, one that has good reviews on Trip Advisor. However I did not feel safe in walking across that busy road to get food.

Great Stay, very clean, staff very helpful, wonderful breakfast that begins at 6:00am so even with our early flight we were able to get a quick coffee and breakfast. 10 minute taxi to airport. Best Hotel near airport, not a lot of good choices for a one night stay for a flight from IST.

No shuttle to airport. Trip from airport cost 250 TL with tip. 10 minute ride. Make sure driver has the meter running. Trip to airport costs more because hotel calls Uber Taxi and fair begins from when it is called. Still only cost 370 TL with tip. This is normal, still very affordable.

The hotel is really clean and the rooms are updated and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful.

That there's no hotel shuttle. However, I took a taxi from and to the airport and it only cost around $6 dollars to get to the hotel, and $12 to go from the hotel back to the airport.

Good location, 10 minutes from airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy. Good wifi. Enough choices for breakfast. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar (for a hotel). Would stay there again.

That they offered an airport shuttle transfer for €41 euros one way. We opted for a taxi from airport to hotel which was £5 (the return was about £13 as I assume there were booking fees). Save your money and take a yellow taxi from the airport to hotel instead - very easy.

There is very comfortable hotel near airport. Good restaurant in hotel and good restaurant across the road.

Transfer is excellent - new Mercedes Minibus but price for this transfer is 49 euro from airport to hotel and 59euro back to airport. Taxi is 10-16 dollars. Horrible price for 10 min road. Why hotel management doesn't write this info during ordering this transfer - really I don't know.

- Super location for a transit point. Just two metro stops from IST airport and walking distance from the metro station to the hotel - Very friendly personnel at the reception and at the bar and restaurant - Breakfast was amazing: good variety of options, big choice of fruits, dry fruits and even honey from honeycombs - Room was spacious with an extra sofa area. As a bonus you can see a sunset and planes landing as my room windows were looking towards the airport

- Hotel is in the area where there is not much around it - Price for the transfer from/to the airport offered by the hotel is not adequate as it is only 10mins drive. I would really recommend to use a metro instead - It can be a bit noisy even with all the windows closed. I can hear planes or tv in the neighbor room however it did not disturb my sleep

I stayed at this hotel during a long layover and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The location is extremely convenient for travelers who just need a place to rest between flights. The bed was very comfortable, the room was exceptionally quiet, and the staff were absolutely wonderful – helpful and professional. Breakfast was also quite good, with a nice selection to start the day.

On the downside, the airport transfer was a bit pricey, and the room was very minimal – aside from a towel, shampoo, and shower gel, there was nothing else provided. But considering it’s mostly a one-night stay for most guests, I suppose that’s all you really need. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend it for a layover stay.

Having stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Airport previously, I found this visit to be generally satisfying with minimal concerns. The sound insulation from outside noise was particularly impressive; despite planes flying overhead, we didn't hear a thing, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The room was clean and, although small, it was adequately comfortable for a sleepover with a small child. Breakfast was good, offering a satisfactory à la carte selection that met our needs. Another pleasant surprise was the administrator at the lobby speaking our local language, adding a personal touch to our stay, even though English would have sufficed.

There were a couple of issues that detracted from the overall experience. The electric sockets were for kettle were unable to be used, it was just impossible to connect a kettle in the room. I had to take the kettle to the bathroom to use the socket there, which was not ideal. Additionally, the screen of the climate control unit was excessively bright at night, requiring me to cover it with a towel to block the light. Unfortunately, it occasionally lit up so brightly that it nearly woke our child. This is a significant issue that needs addressing, as LEDs and screens should not interfere with sleep, especially in a hotel catering to travelers needing rest between flights.
