Location was perfect for a quick transit between flights because it is close to the airport with a direct connection to the Outlet Mall. You can tell that it’s not a new property, but the hotel did manage to keep it well maintained. Everything works perfectly - aircon/heater, hot water, internet, etc. Free shuttle from and to the airport is efficient, on time, and very much appreciated.

Really good pool. When I booked it was cheaper to book with premier lounge included and it was really good. We used it 4 times over 4 days but it was nice to get a drink and decent hot/ cold food. The staff in there were particularly nice. Great that they let us continue to use the pool and changing rooms after we checked out as our flight was past midnight.

Breakfast was a little boring. We got there 45 minutes before the end of service and there was barely anything left. I wouldn’t bother booking breakfast again as there are so many places to eat surrounding the hotel anyway.

Accessibility to the mtr station and cable car stations. The room is clean and its not crowded.

The location have less food restaurants choices

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the view from my room was worth a million bucks where you could see the sunset and the water and a great view too of the city. Great running area for runners like me. Great for shoppers bec the huge mall is connected to the hotel and the MRT is right there too so even if this is the end of the line, you can reach any part of HK with great ease. I love that this wasn’t the busy part of HK and it was close to nature. The hotel itself was elegant. There were no bellboys to help with your luggage but I could let it pass bec of all the other great things about it. I will come back.

The location is wonderfully peaceful, a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! It's a bit cooler than other places, which is a refreshing bonus. The property is conveniently connected to the station and the Ngong Ping cable car, as well as the City Gates Outlet Mall—perfect for shopping and exploring! Our room was spacious enough for me, my husband, our son, and all our luggage. Plus, it's only 10 minutes from the airport and offers a free shuttle service to and from it, making travel a breeze. And guess what? Disneyland is just one station away! We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to book it again!

Location suited us perfectly as we were only in Hong Kong for a short stopover and wanted to be close to Disneyland and near the airport. It was very convenient to walk through to Citygate Outlets and to the train station and Ngong Ping 360. The breakfast was fantastic and the free airport shuttle was also a good bonus.

We had booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child and I had put in a request for a seperate bed for our son, however that was not organised when we arrived. This was quickly resolved by the staff. Our room layout meant that there was no bathroom door as such, so no privacy when getting out of the shower which didn't really suit our family.

I ended up staying here for three nights as I needed to be close to both North Lantau Hospital and the airport (due to fracturing my foot earlier in the week and thereby bringing my original holiday plans to an end). The staff were exceptional in accommodating my reduced mobility - from carting my luggage to and from my room, helping me with the breakfast buffet by bringing everything I wanted to my table, and allowing me to stay a little longer in my room on my final day before my flight home. The hotel itself is incredibly spacious and comfortable. Even having a seat in the shower was greatly appreciated for my circumstances. I also enjoyed the location, with it joining onto a decent shopping mall and within walking distance to the Ngong cable car. Even on crutches, I was able to make the most of the amenities nearby. I'd happily return here again.

The location of the hotel is great at the mall and the station which made it easy to navigate the city from the hotel. In addition, the bus shuttle is very convenient from and to the airport. Housekeeping was great and consistent in the great work they did throughout our stay .

The breakfast was not great and it was the same thing every morning. Some of the food was not fresh . We also tried the buffet dinner which looked good but the taste wasn’t great and the salmon on the sushi was stale. The restaurant can do better.

I liked the location, room size, and cleanliness. Also, the hotel staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant. The food there was excellent and you could find variety in the buffet. Also, the hotel is connected to the Citygate Outlets mall, which is also connected to the MTR (metro station) and other attractions. Overall, good service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient stay. I could access the mall just by walking the stairs through the reception on the second floor. Also, it was an easy way to get around the city using the MTR (metro station).

The fire alarm went off around 3am on my first jetlagged night and it was terrifying. It went off for about 10 minutes and then suddenly stopped.

We stayed in a room with a king sized bed for 1 night for HK999 without breakfast to climb Lantau Mountain the day before we flew home. Fantastic! Interesting layout as you can see. Very clean. We love it that the toilet & shower were separated & the shower room had a sunken floor! So water won't seep out! As we were checking in, we wanted to ask about airport transfer when we saw a sign that said free airport shuttle. Our jaws just dropped! The receptionist said it leaves every 20 minutes. The hotel is connected to City Gate Mall. There's really lots of high end stuff like Coach, Polo, Kate Spade etc but what interests us was the numerous sports outlet stores like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour etc. Uniqlo is there too. There's a huge supermarket at the bottom floor. I also visited the gym. There's lots of treadmill & free weights. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance. We accidentally pressed 'buy' for a movie, so be careful! Luckily, the hotel didn't charge us. If you are travelling with youth, there's also porn on demand, so watch out if you wanna keep your kids off those stuff. Will totally recommend this hotel. Cable car or rope way a walking distance away. There's a street vendor selling chicken & quail eggs for HK20 & also roasted chestnut. The quail eggs are so delicious! We thought it is truly a value for money accomodation.
