The hotel is just outside the tourist area but close enough to walk (15-20 minutes). There are a number of good restaurants nearby, there is free parking in the street, and it is easily accessible. The rooms are spacious -- nothing spectacular but decent and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful.

The breakfast could be better. Also, the wifi did not work in our rooms at all. The receptionist gave us access to two networks and neither worked (he said it could be our settings but we had 4 devices and also they all worked at the reception, so it is more likely the signal is very weak upstairs).

Simone was a good indication of what we ended up getting. Friendly, warm and positively engaging. Laying out a choice of rooms, we chose one with a balcony and it welcomed us to the feel of Lecce as we watched the the calmness of the city from our 4th floor room. Spacious with a big sized bed, the room spelt comfort and relaxation. Breakfast the following morning got us meeting Angelo and we had a friend for life. He was ever attentive to our needs making sure my 16 year old was aware of what was on offer and making her his special rich mugs of chocolate. The breakfast spread catered for all needs in drinks, pastries, cereal and hot food. We are sure looking forward to visiting again. Deorike and Rosie for DIL.Professors

We liked that it had a pool after a hot day in the city. In 20 min walk you can be in the historical town.

The rooms are dated. Carpeting needs to go and replace with tile, more hygienic especially for people with allergies

The staff was LOVELY and very helpful with everything. The breakfast was nice and the room and bathroom were big.

Much further from the old town of Lecce than I would have liked. It was either a taxi ride or a 1.3km walk to and from town. There’s not much directly around the hotel that we would have enjoyed for dinner etc. The room felt hot and just a bit outdated. Overall I felt the property was just alright.

Very friendly, and helpful staff.The bar area was very relaxing and the reception area, welcoming. My room was very comfortable with the added benefit of efficient air conditioning, and the bathroom was a great size.

The staff at front desk were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the parking was great.

The service at restaurant in the morning was non existent. No one greeted us, was offered coffee 1 time except we had already done our own coffee. Water could have been offered free per room considering the price of room.

Modern design hotel, very clean rooms, with every comfort. Perfect location very quiet and easy to walk to the old town where to find more coffee bars, restaurants, shops and visit the main attractions. I like the swimming pool on the top roof, a fantastic oasis to relax in the sun. Good breakfast with a wide selection of local and international cakes and more. The personnel is very friendly and professional. I've been to other Hilton Hotels worldwide and I received always a good service.

No orders are taken from the top roof for drinks. It would be nice to have fresh towels every day available on the top roof.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a number of times and as usual we found the staff welcoming and professional. Rooms were good and breakfast was excellent.

WiFi was quite poor. In our room the hairdryer was on its last legs.

The size of the room and bathroom is optimal. Free Parking spaces right next to the Hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice! Continental breakfast is very good.

The Hotel is quite old and needs a refurbishment. Old design and furniture!
