Exceptionally hotel with amazing staff and services. I wish I had booked this hotel in all of my previous stays in Hai Phong. I just came back from a five star hotel and resort in Nha Trang, where I paid 3 times more, and yet everything is way less appealing than Pullman Hai Phong Everything is here new and modern. The room is very spacious with the amazing city view. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive ❤️❤️

The hotel is brand new and extremely spacious and clean. The swimming pool is lovely, from there we can see the whole Hai Phong and enjoy the view. The view from the rooms we stayed in are amazing. Breakfast is really good and staff are enthusiastic and helpful
Some staff were over-enthusiastic and sometimes approached and asked a bit too much and asked to go to the rooms which is quite inconvenient. We appreciate that the staff were really helpful and caring but they need to keep some certain distance

Pullman is brand new hotel in Hai Phong, and probably is the best hotel in Hai Phong city so far. The location is great, next to city center park. The room is perfect including super comfort big bed, bathroom with all stuff from luxury brand.

Wonderful hospitality, everything was brand-new in room. The staff were so friendly. Rooftop bar highly recommended. Also wake up early and walk at street where hotel located if you are coming from out of country.

The staff was fantastic, extremely friendly en helpful. The hotel itself is new, modern and clean. Materials used are high end. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Haiphong.

This property was very beautiful, Hai Phong itself was our favourite city in Vietnam, and the Pullman resort added to that assertion. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating.

Inclusion of a pool, gym, steam & sauna was great
Gym too hot. Steam room takes too long to heat up. Sauna room door (mens room) has a gap along the door
