Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was simple but good, with fresh products. Rooms were comfortable and spotless, with towels changed daily. The resort also has a nice bar (payments only in local currency), sports courts, and a large pool accessible at any time, even in the evening. Communication could be a bit tricky if you don’t speak the language, but everyone was always willing to help. Overall, a great choice for your stay!

We stayed again at Kriva Resort and we will go back anytime without thinking twice. A hotel with the kindest staff we have ever seen. They will make you feel home away from home. We loved the location as it is in the heart of Albania that allows you to do daily trips everywhere in the country and return here for a very comfortable and a quiet stay followed by a rich breakfast. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and we will be definitely be back. Highly recommended to any future guests!

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is very modern, beautiful, clean, the room was very big, comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, tasty, the staff was friendly but not really speaking English.

The room was dark a little bit, the location is not the best- the hotel is almost out of the city, on the other side of the river and the neighboorhood is not clean.

The place is a bit dead when it's not the summer We had no hot water (we let it get hot for 20 minutes). When we asked staff for help, he looked annoyed and told us it was hot (definitely not)

Amazing place with beautiful statues and amazing breakfast serve by chef woman Edlira sure make our day more special (plum dessert from her was perfect). We have parking our car inside of the resort, our dog (border collie FCI) was welcomed without any extra charge. Sure if we came again to Elbasan we stay here again.

Just need one plastic bag in small trash can on the toilet, old furnitures but everything was totally amazing

Safe place for our bicycles. The staff were fabulous, very friendly and professional. Good food, including the local specialty. We loved our dinner table outside under the pine trees at night and the hotel breakfast.

Excellent service not only for the hotel but the entire place was beautiful. A lot of green spaces, all the services and leisures were in the resort. Also the food was delicious and very kind people from the staff. The rooms were very clean. I'll recommend this place is beautiful and quiet.

The breakfast was great, it was very hot so it was good they had a pool. Very nice people.

Only 2 issues - there should always be 2 rolls of toilet paper and there was no place to hang bath towels.

Very friendly personal. I was even driven into town, since it was raining and the city center is about 2 kilometers away.
