Regarding the property was nice and everything same has the pictures, the room are small but but you have enough space for 2 people, the food are very nice. They have a little dog at the entrance was very cute.

They asked me for tax has they say all of the hotel ask for tax in Albania, I been more 3 hotels none of them asked for that.. I think just a way to get more money lol

The standard of presentation was consistently good throughout, from the reception, through to restaurant, pool area and then the rooms too. The service from every single staff member starting with exceptionally friendly reception lady (sorry can’t remember her name) through to the cleaners, waiters etc - they bring the whole experience together.

Our door handle (new rooms for this season) was tempromental when it came to locking, which we reported to ensure they fix. The modern system with digital door bells, alarms for waking, etc are great but just need to be explained for some people.

The rooms have clearly had a refresh from the photos on booking.com and were nice and modern. One of the best authentic Albanian restaurants is right opposite- Trumeza The beds are very soft The staff are all very friendly Theres a dog! Also very friendly The pool area is nice

I was a little apprehensive before due to some reviews suggesting a sea view room was swapped for ground floor or side sea views but the view from the room was great and would suggest a sea view room! The balcony lights didn't seem to work. The bar next door to the hotel plays loud music but it didn't bother us much.

Lovely hotel - beautiful terrace for breakfast and evening meals if you want to dine there too. I didn't see any photos of this prior but it was beautifully landscaped and built all around a large tree! The pool is small but right on the beach, and only 2 pebbly steps to the sea. WEAR water shoes as there are sea urchins! the breakfast was the most lovely of all we had on our travels all over Albania. This hotel was really lovely. Sarande was busier than we expected and more commercialised, however this hotel is in a good spot, just a short walk from the port with lots of good restaurants around so I would definitely stay here again. There is a family-run feel around the restaurant.

We had a car and parking was a bit of a mare as never any spaces OR they were super tight to get into - it's a busy road! Next door apartments seem to have empty parking lot so I would have preferred to park there for a small fee and less hassle every time we arrived/departed from hotel! Otherwise loved the hotel.

The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location.

Some simple things would improved our stay. There was limited draw space in the apartment and no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. There was plenty of wardrobe space but no coat hangers. When we did ask for some, they only supplied 4 and we had clothes for a week. A few more hooks etc. None of this put us off and are just suggestions that we think would improve things for other guests.

Fantastic location not to near the noisy part of Sarande but not too far from the bars and restaurants. Hotel itself is superb - right on the sea-front and our rooms were spectacular -straight out onto the terrace where the pool was located and no more than about 20 steps to the beautiful clear sea. Restaurant and lunches/dinner was exceptional.

Hot water for the showers etc went off for a couple of hours on two of the mornings (but was quickly fixed by about lunchtime), so no real big deal.

Great staff, friendly and always helpful. Great newly renovated room. Good breakfast. Good location. Free parking. Exceptional housekeeping, the cleaning of the room was above expectations.

Quite noisy and crowded at the pool/beach.

The hotel is literally right on the seafront, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — sea, pool, and the whole city right in front of you! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and top quality. The pool was perfect for relaxing moments, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. . I’ll definitely be coming back!

The pool area is absolutely beautiful, could not fault the setting if you just want to lounge by the pool, which we did. We got a room on the top floor which had the most incredible views (south facing). The staff were very helpful and you didn’t have to pay for towels or sun loungers which is a big plus for this area. Loved the breakfast, loads of variety and stuffed ourselves from it every morning. Would come back definitely!

Just a few observations (they didn’t take away from our stay and would still come back in a heartbeat). 1. Better coffee options at breakfast would be great, as the instant coffee they used was not good, but we are espresso and fussy coffee drinkers so that’s just us. 2. Restaurant is expensive and we didn’t eat here at all for lunch or dinner but I think that’s just the norm for south Sarandë. 3. Bottled water in the room would have been nice.

Top location of the hotel with beach in front and amazing view , close to the center every day the room is cleaned from staff of the hotel , very comfortable bed , free parking

the connection of the Wi-fi was not very good and from to times it disappeard and you must to re-connect again the same menu for breakfast for every day but with all the other facilities and taste of food , I am really satisfied that I chose exactly this hotel for my vacation in Sarande
