The view is literally CRAZY. Watching the sunset while eating on the terrace was an amazing experience. The road to the room is a little bit harsh but it was really worth it to be honest. Good internet connection and nice place near the city (5-10 minutes by car from Ksamil). The little path to the room is kinda cute with lots of flowers. The owner lives in the small little house and was nice to us.

We got some guests, don’t forget to close you windows when you got out so the insects don’t come in because apparently the like the view too aha.

Review is for Junior suite apartment (located in upper villas). The view from the extremely generous terrace is spectacular and breathtaking. The suite is brand new, well structured , with upper-end, comfortable furnishing (including for the terrace). The location is secluded, on a climbing narrow road in the hills that goes to some beaches - which is an advantage for those who likes quiet, not crowded places but having a car is highly recommended. Hosts are very welcoming and helping. When I booked it appeared a bit expensive (even comparative with double/triple rooms same property) still, after experiencing the stay, I am definitely rating value for money at 10 !

The location is on a secondary road with is narrow and has slopes, so it's a bit far from the mess of the main road, which is great. There's a beach nearby, at a reasonable walking distance (with a lot of slopes and stairs). Nice views over cliffs and beaches nearby. There's also a small restaurant nearby, with a rooftop for chillout and see the sunset. Very nice!

A bit hard to find because the GPS led me to another location nearby, which actually was another unit run by the same owner, but he told me the studio I have rented is further down the hill, so I had to move (he took his car to lead me upfront). But it's ok, it's also part of the adventure!

The owner is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make us comfortable. The suite is new and well equipped, comfortable beds and spotless clean. Location is further from the city, but perfect if you want a more quiet location, walking distance to a nice beach and the restaurant next door - Eni - was also great (highly recommend the grilled feta!). It is a bit difficult to get there the first time as google maps doesn’t get the smaller streets, but once you know it, it’s easy to find :)

The view, overall comfort, the fact we had a fridge and daily cleaning service was top notch. The location for us was perfect, close enough to some action but we could simply enjoy the view, privacy and our own company. We also got a kettle should - to enjoy morning coffee. Everything you would expect in a good hotel: great quality towels, shampoo, tooth paste etc. This place was as we expected. Few meters down a local restaurant you can enjoy meat, fish and simple yet tasty salad. Very friendly people around!

Not a drama, but you might be asked to pay with cash. You can deal with it in Ksamil, ATMs available and exchange places to get EURO. The accommodation is not easy to find, simply drive to the top of the hill. And yes, a car is quite crucial in this part of Albania.

Its all about the views. Clean and confortable place, with the essentials. Perfect for a couple nights and a visit to Pasqyra beach. Make time to rest and enjoy the solitude of the terrace/porch if you are staying in the junior suite.

A single lane road gives access to the area and to the property. Mostly paved, just go slow and you will be fine. Takes a little time if u want to go to town for a meal. Didnt stay long enough to try the nearby restaurant.

Only 850 hrizontal and 110 vertical meters walk to Shpella e pëllumbave beach, very comfy bed, good WiFi. Premium shampoo, lotion, shower caps, even tooth brushes!

Location of apartment doesnt match one provided here - it is next to Eni bar kafe nearby which is even better in terms of accessibility. Original location is much harder to access and there is no place where to turn around if gate is closed.

The view of the Junior Suite is incredible. And the terrace is very nice! The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Nice decoration and nice bathroom as well. I recommend!

It could benefit from more kitchen tools, plates etc. Only because there’s no way to have food without taking the car. Also it’s missing a trash can.

What can i Say about this Place? I Just left my Heart here! It's what i loved the most about ksamil! It's quite, its full of positive Energy, the view and the house are Just pure art! The host are very well ORGANIZED and super kind! No price to be up here! Loved It to be outside of the crowded Place! The venue has the perfect position to reach the best places around ! Dont forget to try the cozy restaurant next by its Just woooww!

One of the most Beautiful locations we've stayed in, truly amazing landscape and view we loved our stay!

Wish I had known how much having a car would be necessary here! Would recommend driving or having the number of a good taxi company who knows the area and can find the location
