The location and village is outstanding. A nice calm quiet break from the main spots of Albania

The food is absolutely terrible. My advice enjoy the location and eat out. It would be a superb place and get a 10 if they did something about the dinning arrangement, such a shame.

The location is in a quiet, wonderful place. The experience with the deers was amazing. Everything was clean inside the room, inside the hotel and in the garden. Private protected parking. They let us check in 2 hours earlier (even if we didn't asked for that). The breakfast was varied.

Throughout our trip in Albania here we had the biggest trouple comunicating in english but in the end this was not an issue since we got along. Some of the breakfest dishes might be from the morning before but they didn't tasted bad or anything. The worst part, I didn't decreased the rate for, was the restaurant, I don't think this review should be about the restaurant. The food it's not my taste, the side dish mainly, more expensive that average in Albania, we waited 50 minutes for 2 persons and a 15 people table was served first even if we already ordered by the time they came. The waitress was very kind tho, saying sorry multiple time for that. From a point of view I understand why but it is still annoying.

The grounds and location are beautiful, there was a lot to do (our kids loved playing Foosball, billiards, swimming and table tennis). We enjoyed nice hiking in the area, feeding the deer, and resting in a beautiful place with great views. The hired staff from India were especially wonderful and went above and beyond to make breakfast excellent and our room comfortable and clean. The drive to a nearby beach town was beautiful, and we had an all around great and restful time.

The pool was a bit gross with floating black bits - we didn't mind swimming in it, but still, it wasn't the most clean of pools. Because it was April, the deer were also not free roaming and instead penned in with the mini golf (but that won't be the case come May, according to staff). I suspect this was more because it was off-season. As others have mentioned, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room (there is however a fridge and a hairdryer, which we didn't expect and were grateful for) and darkening curtains. We used couch cushions in the windows, however, and that made it black out just fine.

Amazing mountain hotel with a very clean in-door pool. - very quiet! - There are dere hanging around the hotel and you can feed them. - There is a mini golf course in the back yard. - The restaurant is very good and serves very delicious meals at reasonable prices. People from other hotels and passing by the road do stop here for a good meal. - Although there is no AC, we did not think it was too hot during our visit in July. It even became a bit chilly at night!

- The owners/staff were mean to other guests who were feeding the dere using tree branches. - The balcony floor had too much dust.

Having such luxurious and comfortable facilities in nature was amazing. Combining the deers and the cats (even turtles!) roaming around with the activities available, you have here a completely relaxing establishment. I just loved this feeling of tranquility, though the hotel is big and there are quite a few people around. The bed was the comfiest I've tested yet in the country. Nice view from the balcony.

No air conditioner in the room. A bit disappointed by the breakfast as I was excited to try the cakes but they ended up being quite dry. Staff was very polite but I'd say I didn't feel the hospitality as much as else. Lastly, the equipments (billiard, mini golf) were a bit old or worn out.

It was a very nice experience, walking deers you can feed and pet. Pool, fantastic breakfast

It looks like a luxury resort, but many things are old and require fixing. We stayed in bungalow with old bathroom with there was a bad smell there. Sauna heating took 1,5 hours and a shower didn’t work. Yes, there are billiards and table tennis tables, but both are party broken. If those issues would be repaired, this resort would collect 10s only

The location is great, in the middle of the national park, close to the walk routes. The room was small with lovely balcony and warm enough, but not 100% clean 😓😢 The breakfast was tasty and delicious, but not the dinner. The meat was dry and it was a piece of a nut shell in my salad (luckily I didn’t break my tooth) The swimming pool was warm and lovely

The cabins look basic on photos but were in fact bigger and more comfortable than expected . The beds were good , and the cabin very warm in the mountain chill. The sitting room area had fridge and TV and storage but no real facility for self catering ...however there is a restaurant on site and the breakfast was good . There is a decent sized "private area" of grass outside each cabin and enough space around the site . The deer were locked up in the crazy golf area as its rutting season . Pool and sauna a nice facility (just has small changing room though) and stayed open late . Bar area pleasant . Cars can be parked next to each cabin . Nice for a family stopover on the way down south in a very scenic area . There was suggestion on here that one could walk forest paths from the hotel but all the gates out seemed locked. There is a llogara tourist info centre a little further up the road and some footpaths off the main road itself .

Great place to stay, a little apart from the touristic zones, also situated in a natural reservation in the mountain, But a short car riđe of the coast, so it is fresh to sleep in the summer. Ideal for escapades to the beach & get back & sleep without AC. Pool is great, & the deers give them a fantastic touch if travelling with children.

A little up-scale restaurant, but there are several others nearby.

Very attentive staff, comfortable room, great breakfast, the huge swimming pool (perfect after a long hike), the quiet nature surrounding the hotel, possibility to play table tennis or pool. It’s true that this hotel is a little older than others, but we really enjoyed the more original charme, everything was clean und the bathroom redone. We really had a great stay and in my opinion the hotel deserves better reviews.
