The service which the staff of the breakfast restaurant provided was more than excellent. Especially Albert, Hermes, Emanuel and Mirela gave the extra mile in their service towards us. The quality of the food overal was pretty good. The music at the pool was nice in the afternoon as well

Contrary of the service at the restaurant, the service at the lime bar was poor. Especially the 2 ladies, the hostes or what ever they were, had a bad attitude. She “couldn’t remember” our diner reservation when I entered the lime bar with our 2 kids. Eventually I got mad and we got a table. After dinner I put the kids to bed and my husband and I went to the bar area to finish our wines. We were demanded to get rid of there because that area was for BOTTLES buyers only.. seriously we spend the whole evening in their restaurant and spend a serious amount of money but we were not good enough to stay and finish our wine at the dancing area. That was sooo rude. It is also good to know: when you stay in the hotel you still must pay extra to have the comfortable beds at the beach area

It was my second time here and certainly not the last Everything was perfect, the staff was very welcoming.The room had a fantastic view . we had reserved a back view room, but they gave as a free upgrade to a sea view . The room was very clean, the breakfast in the resyaurant was very abundant and tastefull .The food was very tasty We even tried the casino, and that expression beginner's luck" seems to be true 😉

It was perfect everything !

It was very luxorius! Facilities were great and there was all sorts of entertainment opportunities within the property. The staff were very very polite and helpful. Witnessed it first hand during our stay when we had a situation and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The suite was very large, had a large bathtub in the middle of the room and with a view over the Vlora bay. It was quite nice! Balcony was very nice and the area around was very calm and quiet, though it’s worth mentioning that we were there in the off season! The spa was very nice as well! Not super large, but had all you’d expect a spa to have, and it had a variety of treatments a few if which we used and were pretty satisfied with.

Iit was clear that a lot of investment went into it, but I would’ve expected a little bit more attention to details. The suite was a tad cold on arrival. The shower was a bit tricky to handle, and we found out that a staff member that brought us food menus, had waited for a while behind the door, because the doorbell was not working.

We stayed for four nights in the hotel’s suite, and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. When I entered the room, I was greeted with a wonderful surprise—a beautifully decorated suite with one of the most stunning birthday setups I’ve ever seen. The suite was incredibly spacious and luxurious, complete with a jacuzzi. The resort itself was large and well-equipped, so we decided to explore all the facilities it had to offer. One of our favorite features was the spa, where we opted for some extras, including massages that provided a deep sense of relaxation. Following that, I had a nail treatment and later had my makeup done at the spa to get ready for dinner at the resort’s Mandarine restaurant. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally polite and always willing to assist us. The resort was a solid 10/10, and I would definitely return for another amazing experience.

For New Year’s Eve, we chose to dine at Mandarine, which offered an exquisite menu—one of the best we’ve had for the occasion. The dishes were flavorful and prepared with great care, adding a touch of elegance to the celebrations. What truly elevated the evening was the entertainment, featuring a talented animator, violinists, and singers who made the night unforgettable. Overall, this resort provided an extraordinary experience, combining comfort, excellent service, and memorable festivities.

I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel that exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in a prime location, it offered breathtaking views and convenient access to nearby attractions. The outdoor pools are a true oasis, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind, while the magnificent spa facilities left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Their kindness and genuine hospitality created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

The swimming pool is nice, the beach area is a bit small but still nice.

Restaurant is pricy and service is way below standard. Rooftop bar is ok but the "Ace" club in the casino is very small, overcrowded and insanely expensive: 2 cocktails = 34 euro, which must be suspiciously paid cash only... If you're not Albanian, you pay more....

Once we got to the resort we got a free upgrade. Which was crazy after the price we paid (in a good way). After there was a malfunction with the A/C, we got another upgrade. The decor was beautiful, spa was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were super friendly, and are well spoken in English. We were treated like royals. The price for the food was very affordable for such a high end resort. In the restaurant we had day fresh fish and meat. It was very tender. Restaurant and especially the rooftop bar are very ambient and very beautiful. Apparently there’s a DJ in the weekends we did not get to see. Overall I had an amazing time here and am very happy I chose to stay here.

If you have to have wine, it’s gonna be expensive. But if you don’t need it, or don’t mind. You’ll be fine :)

I spent two fantastic nights at this large and well-equipped resort. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us with great warmth, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that prevailed throughout the environment. Our room was very cozy and comfortable, ideal for a peaceful vacation. We decided to spend the afternoons at the resort's SPA, which surprised us with its pleasant and relaxing design. During our stay, we tried to take advantage of all the facilities on offer, including the sauna, hammam and swimming pool. One of the most memorable moments was the massage, which offered us a feeling of total relaxation and regeneration. This resort is truly an ideal place to break away from the routine and spend unforgettable moments of relaxation.
