It's the perfect hostel for a more affordable trip to Pal. You can leave your skis downstairs in the locker room and be back on the slopes the next day. The staff are well organised, clean, friendly, and really helpful whenever needed. They sell discounted parking tickets if needed (around 15 euros a day). The showers are amazing with plenty of hot water. I'll definitely be back!

The only downside I found is that there is only a microwave oven (no hob or normal oven) which they clearly communicate. You just have to plan your meals with that in mind (the nearby supermarkets are a little limited with their microwave meals but it's manageable) but it's a very minor thing. I think it actually works out well as people aren't making lots of elaborate meals in the kitchen and keeps things easy and quick.

The hostel is great. Our room for 2 people was very clean and in good standard. It’s literally next to the La Massana Nord Pass ski lift building. There are plenty of ski rentals and restaurants in close proximity. Hotel has a discount for a big parking 5 minutes from it called Prat del Moli - we can recommend it. It’s 15 EUR per 24h, and you get a ticket with a QR code. Way more convenient than finding a spot in green/blue zone. I hope this will be useful for people as we didn’y get such information before in any comment. There are locker for skis. Breakfast was 5 euros - it’s basic bad totally enough, for this price it’s great. Coffee was very tasty. Staff is very kind and welcoming.

Wonderful & helpful staff. Clean & comfy, both room & bed. (I didn't have actually much time to spend inside the hotel, mainly to sleep, so don't know about their facilities). Close to great rural path along a brook all the way to Andorra la Vella, and other nature walks.

1. Its unfortunate location is being squeezed between two main roads meeting at a junction, which traffic being extremely busy at peak times (especially the constant heavy construction trucks due Andorra's massive property boom ) it makes air pollution in hotel very bad - hence, having opened windows is advisable only at night (which is hard in winter). 2. Dorm beds could have shelves for glasses or phone or door-card (only upper beds have some sort of a cloth-pouch hooked on bed frame - which I'd imagine is hard to clean properly). Equally –it's 2024– beds in good dorms usually have curtains for privacy.

Location was great. Step away from the lift to a beautiful ski resort. Local supermarket close by. Very comfortable beds. Specious shower with hot water. A bit noisy outside at night but that didn't matter as we were so exhausted after all day skiing and fell a sleep. Equipment lockers available in the basement. I do recommend this Hostal.

The toilet was not clean. Behind the toilet were hairs dust and piss. On outside of the toilet bowl also dry piss leakage all the way down. Even there was strikes off piss on the toilet door. I went to supermarket bought some cleaning products, gloves and gave a good scrub.

The location is second to none, in fact you can’t ask for more, it is next to the main lift to the Pal section, next door is a ski shop to rent the gear and to the other side, also next door is a decent restaurant with good food and great prices. There is also a big supermarket next to it as well. It really does make a difference to have all the amenities next to you. We were a family of 6 and this was definitely the best choice to have all of us in the same room, in a decent place.

I’ve loved staying in Font Andorra hostel! The location was amazing, in La Massana, just a few minutes from the center and the area surprised me as it is as beautiful as Andorra La Vella. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful at all times. The building is well equipped, big kitchen, all amenities I needed and it counts with breakfast and game options. The hostel offer also free trekking and although I didn’t go, I’ll definitely do it next time I’m there. Have no complaints at all, fair price and amazing stay. Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed so far.

Although not eating the breakfast ourselves, my partner saw the breakfast and stated there were a lot of options. The big bed in the private room was a welcomed surprise. The private room we stayed in was clean, and had aircon. The kitchen area downstairs was occasionally lively and people were able to make friends and have a chat.

The extractor fan in our bedroom went on for hours creating a noise. Reading reviews we were aware there wasn't a kitchen, however, the few amenties they did have (toaster, kettle and microwave) kept tripping. Maybe an upgrade of those would be helpful.

I booked a bed in female dormitory for two nights. The hostel was at a very convenient place with good bus connections and bus stop just in front. Condola lift, to go uphill, was just next to the hostel as well. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy. Places to eat, pharmacy, convenience store were just a stone through away. Bed was comfy and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and would consider staying there again.

Nothing to not like, just a suggestion, if the common area stays open 24/7 it would add to the comfort of the place.

The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is spacious enough, the lockers inside the room are very easy to use and practical. The common areas : kitchen and reading rooms are very spacious and confortable with a lot of chairs, sofas to chill out. The kitchen has everything you need to eat there. The Hostel is very well located, next to a bus stop, to a ski lift and to a nice restaurant/bar

The temperature in the room was always set too high. we had to change it every evening. Other than that on hostel standards everything was great

It was a really nice hostel. Convenient location. Bus stop and supermarket nearby. Chill out areas are amazing. Made some friends. We had 3 seperate parts instead of having one washroom which is super Convenient so that we didn't have to wait so long. Cleaning staff was kind and plesent ( met them in the doorway)

During my stay for 4 days no one came for cleaning the rooms. Consider cleaning the rooms at least after 3 days ( for attention of management)
