Lovely hotel. Ambience had an old-fashioned mountainy feel. Very cosy. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was amazing! My favourite thing was how dog-friendly they were. Dogs were allowed everywhere in the hotel apart from the restaurant, and we even received a welcome pack for the dogs, which included a ball, a collapsable drinking bowl and a treat. Really nice touch. Would defo book again here.

It's just slightly out of the main town, so it's a pretty steep walk uphill to get to the centre. But good on the way back because it was downhill! The decor was a little old and tired, but everything was nice and clean, so it didn't really bother us.

Great hotel located near restaurants, bars, cafes and the Arinsal gondola. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and was absolutely necessary before hitting the slopes and the facilities were great too!

The facilities and surroundings are wonderful, with beautiful grounds and a creek/river running through the back. I'm so happy that the hot tub was available for me to book an appointment. I like the bar and restaurant on site.

The restaurant isn't good, and the only dinner choice was a buffet that wasn't great. I got enough to eat, but it wasn't delicious or worth €22 for me.

The location, very easy to reach and walking distance to the funicular. The room was big and clean. Everything was easy and the staff really helpful. The food had food variety

The temperature, some parts of the building was way too hot, restaurant, bar and corridors. The room didn't have a fridge

Bar was rarely open, and cooked breakfast was poor. Disappointed the spa was extra, expensive and unimpressive. Felt really it should have been included in room price.

The room selected and the room received were different. Ended up with a slanted window in a side area = no view outside.

The staff were lovely and able to answer all questions. we really enjoyed our stay. there are bus stops right outside the hotel amd its easy to walk into the town.

Big free car park which was vital to us. Hotel in a lovely little village of arinsal. Perfect location if you don't want to stay in town centre. Good buffet breakfast.

Would of liked tea and coffee making facilities in room.

My second room was better, for the money I had been charged I wished I had been offered the second room first for my entire stay.

100% the rooms needs some form of condiments I.e kettle with some tea or water available.

The staff -in the reception and the pool bar as well - was extremely nice, always helpful. The massage was really good. The room was clean and well equipped (safe, many toiletries-very nice fragrance). The entire place was very pleasant.
