The room was comfortable but quite compact for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of continental and cooked. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, a great games room and bowling alley. Lovely swimming pool and spa however the last admission to the spa was 8pm so we missed using it. Entertainment was provided in the lounge bar in the evening. The staff were all very helpful.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms and despite the overnight temperature outside being quite low the room was still very warm. There was a fan provided but this just circulated the warm air. Could have done with a lighter weight duvet on the bed.

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!

Staff were excellent, the hotel was clean, and the rooms and bed were excellent. Spa was very enjoyable for our 3 year old son, as was the kids' room . The Buffet breakfast was good, as was the scrambled eggs.

Food in the main a la carte restaurant, poorly dressed and served cold on both nights which we had to return. English breakfast is not an English breakfast, so ita bit disappointing.

We really enjoyed ourselves and stayed another day. We have a three year old son and he enjoyed the kids room, and we all had fun in the spa.

The food in the a la carte restaurant was disappointing two nights served cold main courses... which we had to send back.... This needs to improve

Excellent location surrounded by beautiful mountains, astonishing view from the bedroom, spacious and clean suite, lots of closet, stuff is helpful, restaurant is delicious with welcoming stuff! We added one more unplanned night to our stay!

Very good service for reasonable price... Hotel is well located and very good equiped. You can enjoy the mountain view from some rooms. Do not hesitate to visit the wellness and spa.

It was more or less bad luck to go for the breakfast together with about 60 french tourist at the same time. Not a fault of the hotel.

The spa was full-high level quality, with fully trained staff and quality "products". The gym was excellent with new equipment and clean and well organized. The bar with bowling and games was "fun".

It is not obvious on arrival that it is two hotels sharing one lobby; The princess parc excellence and the princess park .

Lovely food, friendly staff and great location. Spa is best post 6pm when gets quieter.

Everything was excellent as always. We have stayed at Diana Parc many times and can never fault the service especially David in reception with Dario, Lucas in the Spa and the brilliant chamber maids The room was lovely overlooking the stunning mountains and exceptionally clean with every detail covered . Breakfast was awesome
