Exceedingly friendly staff who recognise repeat travellers even after years. Especially thanks to Nello and Augustine who really looked after me. Comfortable rooms with good storage / wardrobe facilities Ample hot water for post ski baths. Good food - huge quantity and good variety. Local dishes as well as more “international” food. Provided a packed breakfast for early departures, which is huge! For the British traveller, the kettle in the room is a massive bonus.

Everything was perfect! Room was spacious and great, baby cot provided. Warm enough Beautiful views Food was really nice: first course was a buffet with a lot of choice of vegetables, soup, 2 types of warm dishes and 3 "starters/salads" ; for main course you could choose out of 3 dishes (2 meat and 1 fish) and there are 3 options for dessert. Breakfast was also great. Only minus point: no vegetables for breakfast. A great benefit is the bar at the hotel. It gave me possibility to get (warm) drinks during the day. Staff is soooo kind. We were with our baby and they were entertaining him and also always came to talk during our meals . Felt homey. I will for sure come back again

A surprisingly pleasant classic Andorran hotel. Staff with a family approach. The possibility of parking a motorcycle in the large parking lot in front of the hotel. We were even offered to park our motorbike in the garage (we didn't use it). Nice quiet location outside the center of Arinsal, but within walking distance. Excellent breakfast in Central European style.

12 of us went on a 5 day ski break. Great little hotel and does exactly what it says it will. Facilities are limited but if you want spa facilities they are available across the street for a modest price . Staff are brilliant, food is wholesome and fresh and the rooms are basic but clean and well maintained. Really good value for money.

Some more break out ‘lounge areas’ would be good. One lounge with room for about 12 and a bar area for about the same number. These get taken up very quickly after dinner so if you are a big group be aware.

The Hotel had lovely views. Staff were very helpful and it was very clean. They gave us a door between our two rooms which made my life so much easier when putting the baby to sleep. No extra cost for this.

Xalet Verdu is a pretty hotel in beautiful surroundings. It has a large outside car park, which is free. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a room at the front of the building with an excellent view down the valley. The price we chose included breakfast, which was better than the average continental style breakfast.

The furniture in the room was slightly tired but not badly so.

Great friendly staff, couldn't do enough to please you. Fantastic range of food high quality. Warm & cosy. 5 mins walk downhill to main gondola & bars, restaurants.

1 coffee machine, needs 2. Relocate fruit juice so it's not part of the buffet queue.

Nothing really. The bed could be a bit more comfortable and the headboard fixed so it doesn’t bang. Also, along with most hotels they never remove that annoying blue light on the tv when you are trying to sleep. Don’t let this put you off, it is overall a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Friendly staff and free parking. Breakfast was good too. We were very happy the hotel is pet friendly and our 2 doggies were welcome with us.

it is quite expensive but maybe that is "normal" in Andorra or linked to the season?

good location, well kept rooms, nice breakfast, what you’d expect from a decent 3 star hotel.

would’ve liked a bigger selection for breakfast. they had no vegetables, only had eggs, poor cocktail sausages, some ham and cheeses, fruit, pastries, donuts, bread, butter, tomato pasata, cereals, juice, and water. not bad but could be better, maybe some porridge, nuts, seeds, and roasted vegetables.
