It was cosy and comfortable, the location was excellent and decent space for our ski trip All the usual facilities of a self catering

I was on the top floor with no view and needed to stand on chair to open a roof window. However that is because I need air at night so would suit others who didn’t need open window . The other half of my party was on second floor and had great views over the river onto the slopes so options for everyone

Great week in Arinsal, and the skiing was amazing. Only two small things that could have been improved. Larger and thicker quality shower towels. Also the swing below the apartments in El Cabin squeaks really badly when used and the sound is really loud in the apartments above. It could do with being oiled and it would stop the awful squeak which kept us awake on the last night. But other than that, a great location and fit for purpose apartment with a great view.

Access to restaurants, bars, and anything one might need for their ski holiday. Food is exceptional in the local area as well. The hotel accommodations and staff are extremely good at communicating and provide so much info, taking all the stress out of finding the location and checking in. A breeze!

We like the environment and area very much! It was quiet & cozy! Those who complained about the river sound wasn’t a problem for us, in fact we really enjoyed it! Somehow the river sound soothes our tiredness of the day! The staff is very friendly and nice! Due to traffic jam at the custom, we only checked in at midnight and really sorry about it but he still welcome us with good smile! Plus point, it is very close cable car for those who want to ski during winter!

Cannot sit at the sun terrace, it is very narrow size. The bed is not so comfortable

Great location. The interior is old but everything is clean. Apartement has everything basic you will need. Gondolas to the mountain from 1 minute walk. Communication was good and friendly. Great restaurant under apartement.

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the place felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again!

Location of the apartment wasperfect, right by all the bars, restaurants and gondola. 2 of us in a 1 bedroom apartment so had our seperate sleep area. Also added bonus having a nespresso machine. AND your receptionist is amazing, professional but personable, big well done and thanks to her.

The staff were absolutely lovely - so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location in the beautiful town of Arinsal was great and there was plenty of free parking nearby. El Cabin bar/restaurant underneath the apartments is a great place to have a meal and/or a drink. A very enjoyable stay at a very reasonable price

We didn't have hot water on one of the days but it came back on the following day. Could do with a few more sockets in the kitchen area to have the kettle and toaster on at the same time!

Fantastic communication with staff, very helpful. Great apartment, clean, comfortable and perfect location for walks.

No coffee capsule for my morning after check-in, was my only issue (which was not that major).

Location to the ski lifts was excellent. Only 2-minutes walking! Free use of lockers in the basement served by the lift.

The adjacent river was a bit loud from the second floor, but you get used to it. Could have done with some extra pillows and bigger cups for tea/coffee.
