February 2023

Just returned from a lovely stay with my family. Interconnecting rooms were fully booked but we were given two adjacent rooms separated by a lockable door (with our keycards) from the corridor, which was perfect. I had read mixed reviews about the hotel before arriving, so didn't know what to expect, but was very pleased by the cleanliness, food and wonderful staff, who were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had lots of fresh, cold and hot options. Dinner always had fish, chicken, beef and pork dishes, as well as a made-to-order counter for grilled meat and wok dishes. The same counter provided omelettes and pancakes in the mornings. Good coffee machine. Always fresh fruit at breakfast and dinner. Plentiful salad bar at dinner. If I had a complaint, the desserts were fairly limited (nothing hot), but they were good and well presented. On Sunday morning, breakfast was available from 3am (excl. hot food) to help with early departures. No queues for food, even during half term. Rooms were large and clean. WiFi was good. Good showers with plentiful hot water. Two nice main bar areas on ground floor with a pool table, which my sons made good use of. There is a spa downstairs (payable, unless you have booked with it included), which, unfortunately, I was not able to use as it was completely booked out in advance. There is also a bowling alley and games arcade which we didn't use. There are free ski lockers in the basement, which we used because the lockers on the mountain were all fully booked. It is an easy walk downhill to the gondola with the skis (but harder coming back up at the end of the day!)

My mattress was not the most comfortable.

Warm room, nice balcony, plenty of food choices.

The floors in the rooms were not very clean, hairs everywhere! Noisy neighbours.

Very good staff, multiple parking options as you wish, well located for Arinsel, a big green area to exercise the dog nearby (although she was terrified of the cable card unfortunately). Close to the cable cars if you're going up, with a few good restaurants nearby. Super nice gesture with the dog, of giving a squirty pouch (to rinse the streets when your dog goes), a nice quality foldable bowl & a free blanket - really appreciated that in a time when everyone makes a big deal / charge about bringing your dog.

I understand the temperature needs to be up for people coming back from skiing in the mountains but it was the hottest hotel I've ever been in. Even after switching off the radiators in the room I had to keep the windows open all the time.

Princesa Parc was the best ski hotel that I have ever stayed at. Short walk to gondola and ski hire. Skiing at PAL Arinsal was fantastic. The spa was incredible. Five separate rooms for sauna, hamman etc and two massive jet pools for only 15 Euros an hour. The sports massage was fantastic. It was relaxing and yet also released the knots in my neck and upper back. The games room has so much to offer and ten pin bowling. Breakfast and dinner buffet was extensive. There was also a restaurant that we didn’t try and a piano bar with pizzas, drinks and snacks. Highly recommended.

I would have like more hooks for coats and robes in the room. They do provide robes for the spa but we had nowhere to hang them. I wish we had known the Christmas Eve buffet was triple the price of the usual buffet but we should’ve asked. It was special with drinks included and langoustines but my family had neither as they were tired after a long, fabulous day of skiing and we wanted to get to the karaoke and the Irish Pub down the road.

Andorra experience was really different and cool! I recommend the hotel and it was really an amazing value for its money. Maybe the only minus was that we didn’t know we have to pay additional for spa, and it comes very pricey if you want to make a really spa holidays (15€\ h per person, so it at least 75€ a day from 1 person if you are really a spa fan like me, and from the family of 3 it’s 225 € additional a day). Really upsad with the fact as I plan to be at spa. Next time I’ll book more expensive hotel with the spa included like I do usually. Breakfast was good, rooms too Internet good, reception good Really additional spa cost in a hotel that has a “spa” in its name it’s a shame! Thank you

The location, the room and the bed. The facilities with the spa and leisure activities.

The breakfast is not that great. For the quality of the hotel you expect more. Also if you arrive 30 minutes before closing the buffet you expect to eat in the same conditions as the ones arriving before but they don't refill food and they leave out whatever remains, if any tray is empty they don't refill it. The spa should be more controlled. People shouting and disturbing the peace you are looking for. Also it's increasing prices.

I liked that it was a good price then you could spend more on what you would like, for example breakfast, evening buffet, bowling, games, spa etc. Meaning it is affordable for most people. Also the heating was very good. The staff were helpful, friendly and overall excellent.

I like a bath but with a spa it wasn't necessary really. On the noticeboard, it could have bus timetables as a recommendation. Not really anything to not luje about this hotel. It was excellent.

We have stayed here a couple of times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for breakfast. Parking underground or outside, across the road that needs to be pre-booked (on arrival, go to reception to collect your parking ticket). Our dogs were very welcome and given lots of attention. They even left blankets, bowls, and doggy treats. Thank you for another pleasant stay.

The room was excellent. Spacious for a family of four. The breakfast was very good. The spa was lovely. We also enyoyed the sound of the river from the room

The spa was lovely but I feel it should have been included in the price of the stay. The lobby and piano bar could have been more comfortable with a fireplace etc. It felt a bit like an airport
