The room was excellent, plenty of space and cleaned, beds made and sheets and towels changed daily. Good coffee machine with coffee pods and mineral water replenished daily. Mini bar in room with soft drinks, beers and snacks for purchase. Food in restaurant is freshly prepared and always plenty of choices to suit all tastes for breakfast and dinner. Desserts were particularly good. Staff in reception, bar and restaurant were all friendly and happy to help with any queries. Reasonably priced bar menu and good service.

Pool is a little on the small side but the hot tub, steam room and sauna are a nice touch after a day on the slopes and due to the booking system (and additional cost) they did not get overcrowded.

Second visit to this hotel as we enjoyed it so much the first time. This trip was sadly marred by a large group of families who had zero control over their children and left them unsupervised running riot round the hotel. The hotel staff did their best to deal with the situation. However, most of the adults had no respect and did nothing.

On arrival we were upgraded to a suite on the fourth floor which was a lovely surprise. Magic Ski is located within walking distance of the shops, cafes and amenities. The buffet breakfast had everything you could need and catered for all dietary requirements (including vegetarians and vegans).

Nice, clean and modern

Stayed here twice. Not the hotel’s fault really but some of their other stayers seem content to let their kids please themselves playing on the floors whilst they relax down in the bar. Constant noise of kids pissing about hollering and playing whilst others might be trying to get some sleep.

Friendly, child friendly cosy hotel in the center of the village. Rooms were fairly spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was extensive and worth the money.

We were there during probably the hottest day of the year and the room was quite warm even with the fan /aircon but obviously its a hotel for ski

The breakfast was great, there was a great selection of fresh pastries, churros and hot and cold food. The room was also very clean and spacious with two wardrobes, a sofa, a very large bed and a jacuzzi style bath. The hotel was also directly next to the gondola with the ski lockers leading right up to the gondola.

Fantastic location, great hotel with nice and spacious rooms.

Elevators are working in a very strange way, we had to wait a lot every time we took the elevator, and they were doing strange things, going the other direction more times, stopping on each floor, etc.. In the end we were so frustrated we started taking stairs.

Great hotel with a nice location!! (Right next to the gondola) The view from the room was awesome, and the staff members were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Location is excellent, right next to the ski lift. Amazing breakfast and supper. Has ski shop next door. Other shops within walking distance.

We couldn't use the spa as the air had so much chlorine in it, our eyes burnt.
