The hotel deserves its 4 stars: - modern and stylish interior - spacious rooms with amazing mountain vue - delicious and various buffet - friendly personnel (most speak Spanish, French, and English) - SPA (pool, jacuzzi, hammam, etc.) - more than enough parking places (free and paid)

Rooms could be cleaner: - dust on shelves and under the couch (easily findable by a toddler) - sink, shower, toilet were a bit rusty The hotel needs some renovation: - neither of 3 interior doors could be closed - heating system could be either "off and somewhat cold" OR "on and too hot" It is too far from the ski-lift, so it only makes sense if you have a car.

- Rooms were spacious and comfortable for family with kids. The shower had good hot water pressure. It was nicely organised and pleasant to get back to at the end of the day. - Good breakfast - Fantastic sports facilities and gym program. Could easily spend a day without leaving the hotel 😉 - Proximity to La massana and Andora La Velle, we liked having the option of going out for dinner or a stroll in town.

- The hotel is a complex of various buildings. You need to go in and out, so every trip to the spa had to be well planned. It's not the end of the world, but sometimes annoying (especially if you forgot your swim cap....) - Nothing to do with the hotel but worth mentioning - it is extremely hard to get a taxi. You must use your car. On the other hand there is plenty of parking and traffic is not heavy.

Room was lovely and spacious, really liked the separate toilet and bathroom. Lovely and clean. The Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them, everyone attempted to speak English with us, although we attempted a little Catalonian too.

The food was practically the same every day, there was plenty of choice and plenty to eat but a bit more variety would have been good. Breakfast was excellent.

Spa, room, TOC dinner restaurant. Reception staff was very helpful too.

Breakfast could have been better. SPORT restaurant food was quite poor. No kids amenities in the main hotel building (some kids room or toys would be great). No transfer to Soldeu / El Tarter.

This is really a sports hotel, especially for biking. The spinning room is huge. And it felt luxurious to do high-altitude swim practice in the 25m lanes. The bed is super comfy and the view over the mountains is awesome.

The room is dark grey and it feels like being in a cave. There's not much ventilation, so we had to open the balcony in the middle of the night. Breakfast is pretty standard, not like the photos. We basically chose the hotel for the photo of the gym and looked forward to running on the treadmill with a gorgeous mountain view, just to find the treadmills being shown into a corner with no view whatsoever.

The hotel was in a good location and cosy, wonderful service, large and clean room with a great view. Food was good and a lot of buffet choices. Large swimming pool with spa.

The swimming pool was in a different building with few lift exchanges and we have to walk outside to get there

Size and comfort of the bedroom

it’s a lot of walking to go to the restaurant to have breakfast, it’s in another building, you need to get into 4 different elevators to get there. The breakfast is not diverse, just a few basic things and for example, I don’t like yogurt with sugar but they only had sweet yogurt options and if it was not enough sugar, they added a sugar strawberry syrup on it, it was literally a sugar bomb for breakfast.

Very comfortable room, with mountain view. Big spa and pool zone, everything is well managed. Delicious breakfast where everybody can take something.

It was not very convenient to have a bathhat in the swimming pool, but it's not critical. In the room there were two separate beds instead of one big.

Breakfast and dinner were really good. Parking good and spacious.

I was surprised that were is no soap in the bathroom near the sink due to reducing plastic waste policy. The hotel did not offer any alternative only use bath get from the shower what is not comfortable and not reachable for kids. So the advice would be to have your own bottle of soap next time.

Great infrastructure, comfortable and beautiful. Good food and service.

Logistics to ski stations could be improved with more transfers from hotel, even if need to be paid.
