I spent one week there and definitely can recommend this place! It’s a modern hostel which looks really nice; there is a good kitchen with a lot of equipment, with coffee machine and with capsules; the room was nice and it was cleaned every day. I think it’s really a good place to stay for its price. Besides people were nice there and I had a lot of interesting conversations - it’s a plus of hostel for me And of course the location is great and it was a pleasure to see beautiful mountains around

I saw a lot of ants in the kitchen once and a few ants and beetles in the room/bathroom during my stay, but I know that the hostel is close to nature so I can understand it And I should warn about low roof (i lived in the attic) - I consistently hit my head every 5 minutes:)) Actually for me there were only 2 real problems: 1. Unfortunately there is no elevator in hostel so you have to carry your luggage through the narrow stairs (which is quite difficult if you have a big suitcase as me) 2. It was a problem with leakings from the roof during heavy rains for 2 days and there was a poddle close to my bed. It stopped with the good weather, but anyway it would be better to solve this problem for the future

Convenient location with easy access to the ski lift and ski rental shops. Many shops around and convenient to take local buses to get around Andorra. The hostel had a storage room for ski equipment, which was helpful. Kitchen is very well equipped and the shared living space is comfortable.

The shared room has a low ceiling, a bit uncomfortable. It also shares one bathroom between 8 people at full capacity.

Nice room, there is no reception you enter the building with codes. You don't interact with any person. But the place is nice. It is a good option if you are only looking for a place to sleep. There is a small living room upstairs that you can use for eating but it is shared.

You need to pay for parking as there isn't any place to park near by. The best option is a parking on the main street that costs 20 euros aprox.

Depending where you go in Andorra is the location good or not. But there is good local bus connections everywhere. Good bed and quiet location. One small common room.

One bathroom upstairs for (didn't count) around 10 person. Didn't like a pillows which was too high for me

Excellent hostel. Very clean and comfortable facilities. Good mattress, good wifi. Very well stocked kitchen. Pleasant common area with a comfy couch and even a PlayStation for good ol' fun with other guests. Water pressure in the shower was great. The place feels cosy and I liked that it's relatively small with not too many rooms/guests. Bed linen was soft and clean, pleasant to sleep in. There is a supermarket only 3-minutes walk away - super convenient. I enjoyed my stay very much!

A couple of things can be improved in the dorm. First, the numbered hooks in the bathroom to hang towels do not allow the towels to dry properly. After my evening shower, I noticed my towel was still wet from the morning shower - very unpleasant (and smelly too). There is enough room in the huge bathroom to install a metal bar for everyone (maybe with clips to properly hang the towel). Second thing: I don't really like the locker system under the bed. It's a bit noisy when others are asleep, it's not convenient and it's not safe enough as anybody can lift the mattress and reach through the wooden slats. These are suggestions for minor improvements, because other than that It's a great hostel...

Central location. Good kitchen, fridge, cooker, microwave. Near ski lift shops bars restaurants. Staff had good comms and very helpful and super helpful even when id made a mistake with the keys and had to post them back 😬

Nothing really.

Very modern but individually furnished. Everything you need is there and very classy for a hostel. But it has a fair price for that.

If there's anything to complain about at all, it's that there are no towels in the kitchen. But that would be complaining at the highest level

Great hostel, the room was lovely with a nice spacious bathroom. I stayed in the 6 bed dormitory, the decor and style is nice. You have lockable storage under the bed. Kitchen is alright, enough equipment. The hostel is a short walk from the lift to the ski resort. The Wi-Fi is good.

The rubbish bin in the kitchen was limited. There was a space for organic waste, glass and plastic but not for paper and general rubbish.

Comfy beds, quirky decor. Everything spotlessly clean, nice to have a proper kitchen. Good location in the centre of La Massana, near lots of great hiking routes.

Bit weird not having staff on site, but luckily everything seemed to work OK! Could do with some bigger mugs in the kitchen (little coffee cups don't cut it when you want a proper cup of tea!).

The property was exactly as pictured and felt homely. The small hostel capacity meant I was able to get to know other guests whilst having space to relax alone. The balcony is fantastic - especially just now in the heat - and under the bed storage was very practical. The whole property was clean, tidy and well kept. Honestly cannot recommend enough! Equipment with actual cooking utensils and oven was great. Additionally the small touches like towels on the bed and shampoo sachets really made it so welcoming!

The hosts was fantastic, I think it could be helpful to have maybe some transport maps explaining how they work/prices somewhere (maybe even in the laundry room). Also it could be nice to have like a ‘recommendations’ book for hikes and top tips. Overall though absolutely loved it!
