Great apartment - well equipped - beautifully clean and great views from the balcony. The staff really make this place special - they weee amazingly helpful and cheerful. The breakfast is incredible value at only €5 per person - you can barely get a coffee for that price at home! Plenty of choice from the continental breakfast. Skiing was great and good value as was the mountain walking for those like me who don’t like skiing. Loved the spa after a long day trekking/skiing. Enjoyed a good sports massage also.

The WiFi kept dropping out but it seemed to improve after they reset it. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff was very wonderful and helpful, and they feel that you are at home. Especially Sawsan, as well as another lady who speaks English, I don't remember her name It happened on the first day that my family took the taxi off at another location for a hotel similar to the same hotel, and they helped me to bring my family with their own car safely. They were very cooperative with us and I will not forget their assistance to me at that difficult time

Put a door for the room instead of a curtain The location . The place is great for ski lovers There is not a lot of taxi in the city The road is one and it's crowded, buses and taxis arrive at the same time

The place had everything we needed, restaurants, shops nearby. Nice view to the mountains. Comfortable beds, enough space, well facilitated kitchen, nice and clean bathroom. Lights are nicely controllable. And it was very peaceful.

Google maps did not recommend any routes with public transportation, and we did not know about the buses when we arrived to Andorra la Vella National bus station, local people also did not know, so we had to take a taxi to the place. And obviously Andorra is not a cheap place. But regarding the apartment, I have no major complaints.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Shower was very good. Superb views of the mountains from the balcony. 7 minutes walk to gondola. We had our car and there was ample parking right outside the hotel. Spa was fantastic and you could have 3 free sessions in the jacuzzi/turkish bath/sauna all to yourself! Breakfast was amazing value

We loved our stay and would definitely give it a 10/10 and will definitely use the hotel again when we go skiing

Staff are so helpful with everything and advice before arrival and during your stay. Room views and facilities are amazing. Location is great even though you have a hill back up to the hotel after a night out. Easy access to the gondala or a chairlift. Great little village 5 minutes walk away. Pool room, bar, breakfast and spa for all your needs. Just great! If you need to hire jackets or salopettes St Moritz in town have what you need and very helpful.

Beautiful view, great access to walks and slopes, dog friendly.

Due to the position of the Aparthotel, there is quite a lot of walking up hills required to get in and out of the town. This was OK for us, as we didn’t mind the exercise, but something to be considered for those less able bodied. Also, parts of the road have no pavement, so you need to walk in the road. Luckily, the roads were fairly quiet while we were there, but could be busier during peak season.

Feed back on hotel facilities: The jacuzzi was not hot enough. The Steam room was not working. The sauna was not hot enough. There is no setting to make any adjustment. Also the sign up system to use the jacuzzi is not ideal as we had problem getting time to use the facilities.

Hotel room was great but the coffee maker did not work properly. The master suite bathroom sink has drainage problem. Other than that, the room was wonderful!

The stay was really pleasant. We didn’t do much in the town we stayed in, but it was at a comfortable distance from everywhere in Andorra for us. The best part was to discover that we could book a spa area for free in the hotel. It was a private space available to you for 45 minutes. Nothing extravagant. But a good sauna and jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. The only thing to mention to be fixed is that in our room we had a smell of mold in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our family (2 adults & 2 children), it had everything we needed for our stay. Great views from the apartment. We loved the games room and spa area. Good value breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting with any issues or queries. We'll definitely be happy to return.

Only slight negatives: - Wifi was generally slow. - Not the fault of the property, but there is no pedestrian walkway on the road outside, so you have to walk along the side of the main road to get to the town or lifts.

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the breakfast for 5€ was plenty and good! The staff was very friendly and the bathroom was great, free Spa was also included (whirlpool and sauna). We got a discount to rent snowshoes at a store nearby. Close by was the restaurant "Surf Arinsal" which was simply delicious!!

There were no sidewalks on the road which was a bit scary. To walk down to the restaurants and up to the ski lift we had to walk on the road where some cars were speeding and it was dangerous in the dark,
