Great hospitality by Marian and her son Andre, we were family of four for two weeks and stayed at a two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment with a stunning view from our three balconies of mountains and tobacco field. Rooms are clean and cozy, and beds are comfortable. At their restaurant la Tulipa they serve delicious hot sandwiches and evening pizza, and a great menu for meals by choice. Also, the local bus stop.is right near the Aparthotel and for just 20 sent we had a ride to the center of Ordino from our Arans area. From Ordino there's an L6 yellow bus going to Andorra la Vella every 30 minutes for just 1,90 euro. We'd love to come back to Arans la Tulipa when again in Andorra. Just opposite the Aparthotel there's a picturesque walking path up to El Serrat with modern scalpures, mountain river, meadows, horses, and sheep.

The kitchen was very well equipped, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (the sofabed is just like a real bed when folded out - springs, mattress, already made up, etc). The balcony with a little table and chairs. All very well thought out. The location near Ordino is great for walking routes - Llacs de Tristaina, Vall de Sorteny, and the Camí de Ferro just across the road from the hotel. We went in summer, though in winter there is the excellent Ordino-Arcalis ski resort (high up, north facing - often described as the best snow in Andorra). It's the second time we've been to this hotel and we will definitely try to go back!!

We had a wonderful experience. The family that owns the place are incredibly friendly and really helpful. We had a great breakfast and dinner, for both not the most complicated dishes very well executed. Everything was fairly priced and the vibe is great. Their dog is also really cute.

Very friendly welcome by the owners. Spacious apartment with nice views from the balcony (or the picture window behind). Well-equiped kitchen for preparing your own meals. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean bathroom.

The kitchen was well equipped (cutlery, casseroles...). They also provide some cleaning products. Our dogs were welcomed.

Pre-stay I enquired about parking situation... Got 3 different answers. It was confusing. When I finally arrived, turned out the only option was free street parking. The other maybe not so great thing was the a bit too early checkout time at 10 am.

A family-run hotel with a good, friendly atmosphere. We liked the cute little terraces.

Breakfast selection is not very rich. A complicated and long check-out process, especially when there is only one person at a time in the restaurant and at reception.

Very clean and comfy. Amazing surrounding view of the mountains. Plenty of safe parking.

Quite a laborious check-in process, but I understand they are just protecting their property. The kitchen had no basic cooking supplies (e.g. oil, salt) and it seems we weren't supplied any body or hair wash for the shower, so felt a bit skimpy on consumables. If these were provided, I would probably have given a 10.

Run by a friendly and helpful Dutch family the apartment had a view across the road to some fields and hills. The road is not too busy but there is regular noise but didn't bother us. Nice balcony chairs and table to sit outside. The apartment was clean although a little dated in some aspects. Everything considered it was a nice place to stay.

Would have been good to have some coffee for the machine for the first night or have capsules available for purchase. No electrical sockets in kitchen. The fridge opens the wrong direction from where it is located so hard to access it. Small points but would be easy to fix these things.

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location, very convenient for walking. The room has well-thought-out ergonomics, everything is comfortable and there is enough of everything. Very friendly hosts. A very cool dog greets guests, well-mannered and friendly, knows how to get along with any other dog (we were with two dogs). Thanks!
