Really friendly atmosfere .There wasn t a single day the team didn t interact with us, see how are we are getting on or if we need anything . Easy to communicate with really good english and were using whats app as well . All info got before check in so at check in, tired after a long trip with 2 kids a meat and great and we went strait to our room . First hotel we had netflix kids loved it . Our room was aired and tidyed every day without hesitance . Really warm and comfty room ( we are a family of 4) clean sheets extra blankets and pillows were available . We weren t lucky to have snow in Arinsal but the team were really helpfull recomending alternative locations ,Ordina Arcalis , and the kids had a an amazing time skiing . Also we had a percentage of discount when renting the ski equipenemt , St Mouritz group ,recomandations of good family friendly restaurants and so on . Quiet place and respectfull guests , not a single night we were woken up buy noisy people .. We had an amazing time, felt welcomed and all efforts were made to make us feel like home . The sky lifts are just across the road , free parking , supermarket also across the road and lost of good restaurants ,irish pub pizza places grill , burger s sport and hunters bars and so on .

I personally as a mom of 2 really fussy eaters missed a fridge and a kettle , but i was able to use the kitchen acorss the road or the staff in the restaurant at the groumd floor of micolau did not hesitate for a second to help

The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable with smart TV, good WiFi, AC Free public parking close to the hotel Nice location in between mountains Nice and helpful staff Simple, but good breakfast in the restaurant

The check-in was a bit cumbersome as the front desk is located on the opposite side of the road (should be easy if you have internet, but mine didn't work) Not much space to put your stuff

The property spotlessly clean. staff where very professional and helpful regularly checking to see if there was anything you needed. The hotel was perfectly placed for all amenities and the ski slopes. All round Pleasant experience.

Nothing to dislike

A basic coninental Breakfast plus cerial and fruit great staff Cecelia is so so helpful yes rooms are small but comfortable and enough space to store everything felt very safe and secure rooms are also warm and ours was quiet at night dont be put off by the Derby next door . the California grill is the best food in Town in our Opinion its a must.

all things considered nothing could have been better at the hotel but for the man upstairs God/allah more snow pls

Very friendly and helpful lady running the hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Also good Mexican food in the evenings.

Some noise from other people moving about the hotel. I paid extra for a balcony which was tiny and wasn't worth the extra money. Also a slightly misleading message about a 20% discount code for ski hire which actually was only 5% - though the ski shop was very close and very good.

Its very close to the Gondola. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly.

Its very hard to find a negative! Rooms are a little small but it adds to the charm.

Location, Value for Money, Comfortable.

Our room was in the attic and found kneeling down to wardrobes at little awardward. Hit our heads a few times.

Cecilia the member of staff was warm and friendly always felt welcome. Brilliant location for ski lift in the day and restaurants/bars at night. check in was so smooth and easy, just what you need after a long day travelling.

Great location to get up to the slopes, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast was very good! 100% recommended
