Amazing location and a great pool! Free parking (sufficient). Large rooms and good beds.

The hotel inside is kind of old, nothing bad however. We expected a bit more of the breakfast. There was no fresh baguette or other fresh bread, only toast or sweets like croissants.

Lovely hotel. Ambience had an old-fashioned mountainy feel. Very cosy. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was amazing! My favourite thing was how dog-friendly they were. Dogs were allowed everywhere in the hotel apart from the restaurant, and we even received a welcome pack for the dogs, which included a ball, a collapsable drinking bowl and a treat. Really nice touch. Would defo book again here.

It's just slightly out of the main town, so it's a pretty steep walk uphill to get to the centre. But good on the way back because it was downhill! The decor was a little old and tired, but everything was nice and clean, so it didn't really bother us.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And the free gifts were so cute! I still use mine all the time. Lovely location and excellent breakfast too. Great value for money.

Great hotel located near restaurants, bars, cafes and the Arinsal gondola. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and was absolutely necessary before hitting the slopes and the facilities were great too!

Ski room access and SPA operating hours

The facilities and surroundings are wonderful, with beautiful grounds and a creek/river running through the back. I'm so happy that the hot tub was available for me to book an appointment. I like the bar and restaurant on site.

The restaurant isn't good, and the only dinner choice was a buffet that wasn't great. I got enough to eat, but it wasn't delicious or worth €22 for me.

The location, very easy to reach and walking distance to the funicular. The room was big and clean. Everything was easy and the staff really helpful. The food had food variety

The temperature, some parts of the building was way too hot, restaurant, bar and corridors. The room didn't have a fridge

The ease of everything from first check in to checking out. We are bikers and our gear was dirty and dusty and the check in staff didn’t judge us on our appearance and made us welcome.

Room was great, large and comfortable.

Bar was rarely open, and cooked breakfast was poor. Disappointed the spa was extra, expensive and unimpressive. Felt really it should have been included in room price.

Everything! Lovely staff, location was great, hotel itself is amazing! We were given a voucher for welcome drinks and they also gave us a small gift each 😊

The room selected and the room received were different. Ended up with a slanted window in a side area = no view outside.
