The breakfast was mostly a very large selection of continental--breads, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, juices--but they did ask if I wanted cooked eggs, and would cook bacon, too. Very modern, very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful staff, especially Bennie. Good location, near to bus stops, a tourist office, the main shopping street, the spas. I was very happy there.

I picked up a little traffic noise from my room, but it wasn't too bad. Their restaurant was closed for that time of the year, but that was okay, many other places to eat.

Very clean, comfortable and stylish rooms. Central location within easy walking distance of the main pedestrian street in Andorra La Vella.

The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, but the quality was not what we expected for the price. There were no views from the hotel (except of other, not very attractive buildings). We didn't use the car park as it was very expensive and luckily we had an alternative option

the hotel was very clean and quiet with spacious rooms. My bathroom was almost bigger than the bedroom with gorgeous bathtub and separate shower. The morning breakfast buffet was vast and very tasty. i really enjoyed being at the top of town, near Caldea and just steps away from the very busy shopping street, but not directly on it.

This is exceedingly minor, but the bar didn’t open until 8pm. I was there in November - it was dark at 5pm and very cold. I really would have enjoyed having a drink before 8pm - before my dinner. So I ended up having cocktails in town.

It was very clean and the location was very central. I loved the waterfall shower. The cheesecake was amazing.

I felt that it was overpriced for what it was. The parking facilities weren’t great, the room was nice and spacious but it was average. I didn’t understand why there wasn’t a full length mirror in the suite. The bath was well designed but really uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping all close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but language was as challenge as we only speak English. Breakfast was a bit of a combination between Spanish, French and American but the staff were extremely helpful and offered to make bacon and eggs.

The air conditioner didn’t cool very well even when set at 19 degrees. Had to open the window which then became problematic with rain and also the noises outside. The upside was being able to hear the river all night

The location is superb, central to Escalades and a short river walk to the center of La Vella. Amazing people who run it. Very helpful and friendly. Go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. You feel at home. Thé hôtel is not small, but also not crowded so had a boutique feel.

The air conditioner in my room was not working, but I did not call them, I am sure they would have fixed it

Everything is great in this hotel. Easy access, you can stop in front of the hotel with car for check in. Room very clean and well designed. Very confortable. Good amenities and slippers in room. Definitely the best hotel in town with the best value for money. Staff is very nice, smiling and helpful. Thanks. Keep your place like this, and Keep your competitive price please ! Well the location was perfect, breakfast was also good, a bit cold but mot enough to complain about. The only thing if I were to complain was the cost of parking. Since I was only there for one night, and I arrived very late, and out of the room before 12, check out time. A flat rate cost for parking was a bit high.

The room I felt best, design is right, shower was perfect. Size was perfect.

Parking very precarious and extremely tight and we were only driving a small SUV. As well, the individual that checked me out in the morning said I didn’t leave the parking fob but I handed both my room card and the key fob at same time.

Hotel is really nice 👌, very nice... Clean , comfortable, the breakfast was great. Just one thing is superfluous , is parking ... I think that for that kind of money you can park for free... but as I understand it, this problem exists everywhere, both in Barcelona and Andorra...
