We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend. We particularly enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day; the selection and variation was great, the bread was always fresh and tasty, and we loved the salad table. Some more hot vegetarian options would be good, as well as larger cups in the restaurant for tea and coffee (the cups provided were far too small). Staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was great (we stored our skis on the slopes and it was a very short walk each day to pick them up each day and get the lift). Beds were also really comfy, the rooms were always warm and the shower was great.

The rooms at the back of the property were quiet, but there was a lot of street noise in the rooms at the front.

The quality of the hotel itself was great. Also I'd like to mention food. Breakfasts and dinners are amazing there. You may always ask chef to cook something fresh for you. For breakfast it's egg cooked in different ways, for dinners - meat or fish. The hotel is located in a short distance from the ski lifts that makes it a good choice for a sport traveler.

There were 2 problems I faced, but they didn't disrupt my vacation at all: - The door in the shower has broken, but it was fixed while I was skiing - The lamp in my room has broken, but I didn't need it; I'm sure if I asked staff, they'd solve this immediately, just like the previous problem

We obtained a room upgrade and it was very nice. The staff and the service were very good

During all our stay the soup in the diner was not hot at all. Last time we were in your hotel (mars 2020) the food was better. It could be nice to have some salade for diner too. Thanks. In the room a twin bed could be better for couples.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff from reception to kitchen/restaurant and house keeping. Food quality better than expected. Ski locker in the hotel basement and location close to the ski lift (5min walk)

Limited (5-6) number of car parking spaces under the hotel which you couldn’t reserve and costs €20 per day.

Location was excellent. Right there on the slopes. The equipment lockers were super convenient. Breakfast Buffet definitely helped us start the day. Lucas was a great bartender.

Can be slightly noisey after bars close but that's to be expected. If it bothers you, consider ear plugs.

Particular Kitchen staff was a bit rude and did not speak any English. While not expected in remote resorts, this had a considerable number of English speaking clients, and it was the kitchen staff's job to receive orders for preparing eggs for breakfast. At one point after preparing wrong dish, the staff member threw out wrong dish and while beating eggs for my corrected omelet stepped out of sight into the kitchen... I was concerned that he may have spit into my eggs!? Not very professional!

Location was amazing. Ski lockers also so convenient. You walked out on the streets already geared up for the lifts.

The lifts were so slow. Only one for the entire hotel. Glady we were on the second floor so we could just take the stairs. On the rare occasions I had to take the lift I waited for a looooong time.

Location is perfect ,food is exceptional, staff very helpful. I have been coming to this hotel for a few years now and would highly recommend staying here.

There is nothing bad about this hotel.

Great hotel, reception staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great, with cold buffet and hot dishes and grill for dinner and breakfast.Rooms have nice decor, spotlessly clean when check-in and cleaned every day. Location is almost ski-in-out, 1min to the piste in front of Olympiades hotel. It was our first time but it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you all, keep up the good work.

Wow where do I start... the manageress is so nice and finds the time to remember your name and ask how you are. The chef Daniel is very passionate about his job and always happy to cook something nice for you however you like it. The waitresses are also super friendly and accommodating. And to top it off the hotel is a Stones throw away from the ski slopes. I will be back 😊
