Beautiful hotel/chalet/lodge kind of vibes with beautiful spa facilities. Great location for access to the town El Calafate. Perfect spot to unwind after a days hiking in the mountains. Far exceeded our expectations. Exceptional value for money.

The breakfast was the only thing that didn’t quite match up with the rest of the wonderful facilities and service the hotel had to offer. It wasn’t bad just a bit more of an array would have been nice, but did the job nonetheless.

the strikingly elegant dark wood clad exterior is surrounded by giant trees and gorgeous meticulous flower filled landscaping , it stands aesthetically leaps and bounds above the rest of the local hotels . the main restaurant is very large with expansive views of the outside . the tables and uphostery can almost be described as basic in comparison to the feeling throughout the rest of the property . there’s an overall warm , cozy , upscale feeling throughout the sprawling property. the spa features sauna , ice plunge , a giant pool with a glass topped roof so it’s very light , , and totally surrounded by glass windows which overlook the golf . a stunning sight. the massage i opted for was world class , the facial also great

the dining room is too large and looks borderline college - cafeteria. could use some improvement although the breakfast was varied and lovely with lots of fruits and numerous baked goods , both local and internationally inspired

Facilities are great, restaurant is amazing, spa is fine, rooms are comfortable. Great stay and value for money!

Some small things really: no air con in the room (can open windows though), no ironing board / iron at the property (there is a laundry service though), wanted to pay earlier than at checkout, asked three times but couldn’t (I had an early flight so didn’t want to leave everything for the last moment)

Very nice hotel with large, comfortable rooms and a nice spa. Location is great, 2 blocks from the main street. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very nice.

The spa doesn’t open until 10am, but we would have liked to use it early in the morning before checking out. The pool and jacuzzi could have been more clean, there was a slight smell from the water.

The spa and location are the two most valuable assets. The bed were great, room spacious and confortable. Really good.

Could be lighter its a bit dark inside, specially during winter season. And a renewed look in some areas won't do any harm.

Poor acoustic isolation in the rooms, rooms are dated, bathrooms need a upgrade. Very poor internet connection. You have to cross the street to reach the breakfast area, not very convenient in the windy and chilly mornings.

Excellent breakfast and supper dinner with delicious Pentagonia lamb. Front desk Teo is efficient, professional and very attentive . He welcomed us very warmly and explained everything so clearly. He helped to book our day tours plus transport. He found a room for us to stay the next day so we don’t have to move to another hotel on our last day in El Calafate. Thank you, Teo. You are a 5 star service model!!

Amazing stay at the Posada Los Alamos hotel ! We were upgraded to a nice suite with champagne for our honeymoon, and the room was really comfortable The staff was really friendly and helpful Spa was also nice, with a lot of baths Breakfast was delicious with tasty crepes ;)

Great location in a quiet area, just 2 blocks from the main street. The room size was just the right size

It was a bit cold in the room, the hotel has central heating, so there is no way to adjust the room temperature.

The small restaurant ‘humus’ not up to the overall standard. Too much salt and the waiters do not really care. Do not offer coffee from a real espresso Machine in the regular breakfast. Breakfast also somehow disappointing
