The location is wonderful! Center of El Calafate and everything you may need is within walking distance. Wonderful, helpful staff and warm rooms.

The facilities could use an update. The room was fine, but could have nicer comforters and the tv is from the 90s. The bathroom has a drainage in the floor that if you fill up the mini tub with 1 inch of water, it can pour out on the floor and you have to be careful. The walls are thin, but its quiet at night.

Great location, very central. Useful kitchen for morning breakfasts or jut to have tome tea. We only stayed there 2 days and we had no problems with checking in late nor for the checkout.

There were some local birds in the trees somewhere near the structure that made lots of noises, almost all the time.

The location is amazing!

It could have used a little more storage in the bathroom for toiletry bags. Either a shelf or even hooks. I just used the top of the toilet.

Staff was really amazing They gave us the chance to take the breakfast earlier as we were leaving so early. Location was close to the centre Room was clean and wifi working Bathroom clean and spacious

Cozy common area, staff was lovely, great location. A few defects but overall good for a few nights. You'll be spending most of your day outdoor exploring anyway!

most of the front desk staff are friendly. A few are not but others are incredibly nice and helpful so don’t get discouraged if you get a short answer just ask someone else when they rotate shifts. The woman who tends to the breakfast area is also very nice! location is top notch.

the carpet is absolutely disgusting in the bed rooms. if you are asthmatic or have allergies to dust then this place is unfortunately not a good choice. the cleaning stuff is very diligent but in hard to reach areas like above the closet in the bedroom has not been dusted in years it looks like, my allergies were acting up.

Service lady worker was really rude to me and my friend, I wasn’t feeling good and he brought me eggs to room with a fork. She yelled at me to never ever do again! I will not recommend this hotel! Rude!!!! I’m a world 🌎 traveler and this has never happened! Ever!
