The location as great, just off the main road so quiet but with quick and easy walking into town. Free parking with ample parking lot. Room was quiet and comfortable. Shower water got hot quickly and stayed hot. Breakfast was included and was basic with some bread, pastries and coffee. They did have eggs available to order for $2 which I thought was reasonable. The towels for the shower were super big and plush which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No AC so the room did get a little warm. We were able to open the window at night, but it wasn't always enough. Plus the hotel sign was right outside our window so it was bright (thankfully I had an eye mask). Breakfast could have a little more options, maybe some fruit, but it seemed on par with most Argentinean breakfasts.

Location is great, very clean, and nicely decorated. Staff is very helpful.

Very noisy. I honestly did not have a good sleep. Their doors slam so hard (I think the door mechanism needs to be updated) it sounded like a bomb. Imagine the hotel being full, and ppl coming and going, opening and closing their door. Also, at 4 or 5am, there was so much noise from upstairs. I think I was right under the breakfast place. That was not pleasant at all. Once awake, I couldn't fall back asleep. But these are things they can easily change/remedy.

On tbe first floor there was sometimes a lot of noise outside at night. That's not the hotels fault though. The small Windows opened only a little bit so sometimes it could be a little stuffy in the room

This is really a perfect hotel in every respect if you are traveling to el Calafate. The location is perfect for walking to the main part of the town, the room was simple but wonderful, and the value is unmatched. But the best part of all was Natasha at the front desk. She is the most amazing person. So sweet! She made us feel so comfortable with our stay and she is so much fun. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again whenever we return to Argentina. Thank you!

There is nothing that needs improvement. I am completely happy with our visit and believe ACA is a gem.

Modern quirky hotel run by the Argentina Automobile Association. Medium size room, good shower once it warmed up. Superb bed Breakfast included. Free parking if required

Lighting could have been better in the entrance way, water took ages to warm up on the first shower use….thought there was a problem and had to go to the front desk to ask

Breakfast could be a bit better. Don't expect to pay extra to have eggs, and swapping out some of the numerous sweet cakes on the buffet with fruit (there's none) would make it a bit healthier

Lovely staff, especially the reception stay, very welcoming. Fast check in, comfortable and great location, with a walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Nice lodge style. Breakfast was nice. You can order scrambled eggs for around €1.20, but breakfast includes the usual continental breakfast options.

Great central location with restaurants and souvenir shops a short walk away. Room was relatively spacious so you could open two suitcases without obstructing the walkway too much. Wifi is secured and the staff greet you enthusiastically every time you leave and enter the hotel.

There were no coffee/tea facilities or kettle for boiling hot water in the room. One staff at the breakfast counter was really particular whether we sat at a table set up for three when we were only two. If you shower in the wee hours of the morning, it will take more than 20 mins for the water to get hot.

Great location and clean. We had a nice view. Very good value.

The room was very warm and no one could figure out why. Even with the window open all the time it was too warm. Breakfast was ok, a fruit option would have been nice.

The design

Room was small. I was on the first floor below the kitchen so I heard them preparing for breakfast service about 5:30. The closet space was a nook with 4 hangers.
