The hotel is very close to the Main Street and conveniently located. The room was fairly comfortable, though the bed was on the firmer side. The breakfast here was great! They had tons of fresh options and kept everything filled. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really tasty. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have a cute little attic gym and a hot tub, but you can only use it by appointment so we didn’t. I did get a massage there booked last minute that was really nice and surprisingly affordable.

This is a very nice hotel located in the center of El Calafate (excellent location). The rooms are comfortable, the staff at the reception is very professional and nice, the restaurant is delicious (the food is the best part of it, wonderful restaurant). All hotels (and activities in general) are quite overpriced in El Calafate, so I would say the hotel is slightly expensive for what it offers, yet it is in line with all the prices in the area. The hotel has a spa and a sports area (it is a very small gym with just 3 or 4 machines). If you need transportation the hotel will put you in contact with the local taxi company.

The only negative point I would mention is the noise, the hotel in general is very calm yet the walls are very thin and you can easily hear what is going on in the room next door.

Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, they can provide you with substitutes for lactose intolerance, just ask. They also provide lunch boxes for the tours (adicional cost) but they are good and good price as well.

The bathroom is a little small, as well as the shower. The blankets are very thin. The heater makes the room temperature a little too warm but I managed to adjust it on the second night, so it felt more comfortable.

Our room was incredibly spacious- with a second level with two beds where our kids slept. it didn’t have air conditioning but the front desk gave us a portable fan- very helpful. we got the lunch boxes for our day on the glacier tour and enjoyed it very much. Also highly recommend the restaurant and massage /spa service. we were able to book both last minute. breakfast had a lot of variety for vegetarians as well. Coffee was really good.

This hotel is exceptionally hot! There is no way to regulate the room temp without simply opening the window which is a waste of energy. Barking dogs at night (appreciate not the hotels responsibility) but having to have the window open exacerbated this. Lots of stray hairs in bathroom. Information from hotel was sent on WhatsApp - I would have preferred information being given personally by reception Things are a little dated in terms of the bathroom, tiles and shower curtain but they were clean and pleasant just perhaps not our usual taste.

We loved our stay at Calafate Parque Hotel. Perfect location: 2 blocks away from the city center, in a quiet area. The room was really nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, a lot of sugary options but also healthy options (seeds, nuts, oats, fresh fruits, yogurts). Gym was small but sufficient. The spa area was great. we enjoyed the extensive wines selection at the hotel.

The lunch boxes were a bit disappointing. But the staff was very helpful and provided alternatives when we stated our discontent. Overall it was a great experience.

Location. Very central. Looks like a very charming ski hotel. Super helpful staff. They are very available and really helped us with everything. They also recommended us (months before the trip, upon our request) a great excursions agency.

Staff barely speaks english (common to all Argentina). First night our room (booked 4-5 months before) was not available. They instead gave us 2 rooms (we were 4 people and initially booked a family room). They offered us the night and the dinner as compensation.

The propty was in an excellent location half a block from Main Street. It had a secured private parking. The rooms were a decent size, water pressure and hot water was good. Beds were very comfortable and morning breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very good and assisted us several times during our stay.

The elevator was out of service off and on during our stay. Our standard room did not have any place to sit and there could be more electrical plugs for device charging.

This was the best hotel stay I've ever had. I paid hundreds more in Ushuaia because of a partial bay view, but everything here is better. Central to all the shops & restaurants. Warmest staff. Free spa that they should advertise better (jacuzzi, dry sauna, wet sauna, showers!). Amazing breakfasts spread with the freshest fruits. And all for some of the cheapest hotel rates.

Overall a great experience. After a mix up with spa bookings the reception staff gave us complimentary late check-out in order to find a solution. The restaurant is somewhat quiet but the food is excellent. Beds are very comfortable, the outlets/sockets very strangely located and too few. Walls are thin but we slept well anyway. Great central location!
