Best location in town! Close to everything.

The twin beds were a bit on the small side, there were no bar facilities and the breakfast was a bit average. Also although jug provided no tea or coffee in room.

Very beautiful hotel, close to the main street. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. I recommend full heartedly.

The public areas are exceptional; the lobby could be in a USA National Park lodge.

Inadequate room ventilation; operable window helped.

Location was right in the heart of downtown El Calafate and very convenient.

Thursday and Friday nights were a bit loud in the streets - we had non-street facing rooms and we could still hear music until early in the am.

Rated as a 3 start but would give it a 4 star, very good Hotel, located at walking distance near the main streetm Nice Lobby where I saw the world cup games. Large and comforatable room clean and quiet Breakfast was good

Not get a room with a good view, and light not bright enough.

The location was perfect because you could easily walk to the city center with many great restaurants to choose from. The staff was so friendly, even arranging a taxi to the bus station for us before we even were actually checked in as guests. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is cozy and warm.
