Breakfast was complete and excellent. However, it was announced as starting to be served at 6:00 AM and when you show at that time all the food items are still not placed on the tables so you need to wait for the employees to place the food items on the tables. Everything should be set before 6:00 AM. Room was ok although somehow small for my preference. Want to emphasize on the excellent service provided by Marcelo at Reception. He was very attentive on our needs and make our day and lifestyle easier (i.e., when we arrive there was no water service at the hotel nor at the city due to breakage in the water piping system).

The hotel is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The best thing about this hotel is its staff, they are very kind people and always willing to help you with everything. Mr. Marcelo was always very attentive and helped us with everything during our stay at the hotel. My husband got sick to his stomach and Mr. Marcelo was attentive to his health at all times until he felt better. I can only thank him and the entire reception staff. It is a highly recommended hotel and we had a wonderful vacation in the beautiful city of El Calafate.

Nice hotel, food is good. 6-8 minute walk down hill to the town centre. Massages are great. The area inside the building is nice to relax.

The staff are friendly but it never felt anyone was constantly present in the bar area. They seem to be split between the kitchen and bar and many times I just left because I was tired of waiting to get a drink or snack. The pool is small and unless you want to just relax in some water water, I kinda don’t see the point, if the had a sauna and a steam room it could really compliment it especially after long hiking days when you just want to relax

Hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff are all professional, friendly, accommodating & helpful. It isnt the closest hotel to the city centre, however its less then a 10min walk away and not far at all. Breakfast was great, on check in we received a free room upgrade and our room was gorj and super cosy. The pool was amazingg and so warm which is exactly what you want in Patagonia. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

The heat through the hotel & rooms is kept hot & toasty. Given the climate I can see why this is necessary. However, I felt a little suffocated from the heating throughout the place, it was up way to high. That is my only complaint.

Location and design!!! PLUS THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Mauro the manager exceeded our expectations and Marcello and Lucas at reception were always kind and happy to help!!! BTW AMAZING VIEWS!!!!!

Towels but they are average like most hotels. Other than that everything was perfect!!! I asked for something for our honeymoon and they welcome us with a personal note, fruit, water and our bottle of champagne for the night!!! They just made it just made it special for us!!!

The hotel is beautiful, the room is great and the bed is king size and very confortable. The heated pool is quite amazing after a long day of hiking or tours.

The breakfast is argentinian style, thus it does not offer any vegetables which I missed. The only thing I would change is their TV- is quite old, no netflix access or even a cable to connect your computer. Keep in mind that the hotel is a 15 min walk to the center and on a hill- for us it was a plus as it allowed us to walk a bit every day. I am not sure is suitable for elderly people as it is in a steep hill.

Very cool hotel, recommend to visit!!! Unreal beautiful lobby, pleasing to the eye. The standard room with mountain view inspires with its authenticity. The hotel is designer! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Even the handles on the doors! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I left my bag in the lobby, they realized it was me and gave it back to me) Breakfast is the usual, as in many Argentinian hotels. Also, we ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant, the chef is awesome! Very tasty restaurant! If you eat the restaurant, definitely try the ravioli! I highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast was a bit "limited" for a hotel of this category. Our room was in a corner between 2 sides of hotel which did not allow much air in and we had hot days and no AC. The position made the room a bit dark too and the only view was to the parking or direct to another room across to the bed. Furthermore we were under the hot roof. It was almost impossible to sleep due to the heat. We did get afterwards a fan but that just helped very little.

the upgraded room we got was somehow a bit small and located near the lifts. The pool water heating system had a technical issue so we could use it 2 out of 5 days, but again, these were minor issues, we definitely liked the hotel and would come back again

The Hotel itself is beautifully decorated and fancy but this is just a facade.

The breakfast was the worst we had in Argentina and we stayed in cheaper places than this. The spa is nice and a plus especially after long day of hike. The staff couldn't find our reservation for ages and in general they were very unattentive . The room was comfortable but offered the least bathroom toiletries in comparison to way cheaper hotels we stayed. It didn't have many plugs and no kettle . In general the Hotel relies on the façade of the decoration but the actual things that can make the stay comfortable weren't there.
