Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, private toilet + bathroom, perfect shared kitchen, location a bit far from the center but still a good location with good transport connection.

I didn't like it, that the personnel would sometimes knock on the door, for example to ask to close the entrance door late in the evenings. However the personnel are very friendly and always available for support. The care products, like shampoo and soap, were only enough for 1 day, although we had booked for 4 days.

Rouzanna was extremely helpful with everything. She was very kind and helpful.

The water was unavailable for a few times during our stay but I'm sure that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Definitely cozy place Kitchen is very good and clean Owner is very good person who helps And most of all very less price you will have all facilities , good for stay in Yerevan

Rooms are nice and clean. They care the guests. Provided extra heater upon my request, thats very kind. There is a kitchen that available basic utensils.

It was very clean, calm and comfortable. Very nice clean kitchen. And Lilith is just an excellent professional and person!

Worst service ever. If you want to stay at this hotel make sure you have a local number to call the receptionist. Because no one will be available in the hotel. This is not a hotel, it is a kind of apartment run by some people who live very far away from the hotel. I reached there by 2 pm and after calling the owner, someone came with the building keys at 4:30 pm. I have waited outside the building for more than 2 hours. I have paid extra 610 AMD because he didn't have change at that time and he told me he will get back soon. But no one came to give my refund. And no one was available in the building during checking. No cleaning service.
