This is a hidden gem! I’ve stayed in many motels while traveling through country areas, and most are either outdated with old 70s bathrooms or have had basic, cheap renovations with no sense of design. This motel is a breath of fresh air—it’s been beautifully renovated with high-quality materials and a real focus on style and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, better than anything I’ve experienced in a country motel—more like a big-city 5-star hotel. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the room was modern and thoughtfully designed. For the quality provided, the price is more than reasonable. If you’re tired of the usual country motels, this one will completely change your expectations. Highly recommended!

The only thing missing was breakfast, but the friendly manager mentioned they’re starting it next month. I’m really looking forward to my next visit to see what they’ll offer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I had an extra guest unexpectedly. They arranged an extra mattress in the room with very little notice. Beds were comfortable, good quality linen. Breakfast in the dining room was great - choices of cereal, juices and toast. Better quality instant coffee would have made it excellent.

The room had been recently refurbished and was very nice albeit a little small for a double and 2 single beds. Is not really walking distance to pubs etc for dinner.

By far the best country town motel I’ve ever stayed at, and so far this trip across 3 states I’ve stayed at 6 motels and this place beats them all! Very clean, looks to be upgraded recently with modern fixtures. Beautiful flooring and stunning bathrooms. Reception stayed open for my late arrival of 8pm which was lovely and very welcoming. Also as an extra treat they provide complimentary water and cokes in the mini fridge, what’s not to love!!!

Peaceful surroundings,good size pool, complementary drinks (coke and water) were a surprise on our arrival.

Mattress was quite hard in my opinion , but after travelling for 8 hrs prior, managed to sleep ok in the end . Motel itself was pretty new and modern however room itself had a pretty strong smell perhaps from being closed up , after opening door and window for a few hrs , I was hoping ventilation would of helped , but felt the smell was the same .

The rooms are spacious with everything you need for a few nights! Beautifully renovated, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming & the location felt very safe to be around at all times of day. The motel is in a great location to visit the Warrembungles national park. I would also highly recommend dinner at The Royal Hotel, a great atmosphere and amazing steak!

Very comfortable with large luxurious towels & good shower, comfortable bed & choice of pillows, couch and long bench added to comfort of room, good swimming pool, very pleasant and helpful management & staff. Microwave, toaster, plates, decent sized fridge were great and helped us to be self catering when local facilities were closed over the Easter holiday weekend.

Older style property, some finishes could do with updating. Shame the restaurant wasn’t open. Adjacent highway was a bit noisy with heavy truck traffic.

Where do I start! So many small touches that were so appreciated!! As a high-end boutique accomodation cleaning manager I noticed things like how the towels were folded, the room layout, the minibar offerings, the cleanliness, and even the toilet roll stamp. Your cleaners should be so proud of what they provide! Thanks guys we will 100% be back on our way through!

Nothing it was one of the best motels I've stayed in!

We rang looking for accommodation, there was one room left, which we gratefully accepted. the room was right down the end, it had not been used for a while judging by the spider webs and dirt around the door. it was a great room very comfortable. The bed very comfortable.

As the room had not been used for a while, a quick sweep would have made the room perfectly perfect. But don't get me wrong it was still great. Thank you.

A great little spot, convenient to the highway. The refurbishment looks great and has really brought the motel into modern times. The room offered everything necessary and was very neat. The continental breakfast was great!! A lot of options available considering it was quiet mid week.

For the price the look of the room was very appealing. Updated and the shower was good. The free breakfast was good.

The lady on the front desk wasn't very friendly and the office stunk of cigarettes. The bed was very very firm with only 1 pillow each in the room and they were not very good pillows. There was also a yucky smell coming into the room through the aircon that smelt like a sewer.
