It was super clean and spacious. The shower was great, too.The bed was very comfortable. It had a good heater and an electric blanket. We were given a breakfast bag with cereal, fruit, . and juice on arrival . The staff were polite and friendly. An older style motel but kept immaculately. A short stroll to the hotel for dinner or the local Chinese. We ate at the hotel, excellent pub food. The motel is on the main road but pretty quiet at night. About 20 minutes to the Observatory and Warrumbungles,which is also terrific. I recommend this Motel.

The room was neat and clean and the bed comfy. A nice continental breakfast was supplied in the dining room. Overall a good stay other than the early morning noise.

There were quite a few out of town workers staying at the same time. Our gripe is that we were placed in a room right next to some workers. They would be outside their rooms at 6am each weekday morning and talking loudly, smoking (whereby the smoke smell drifted into our room somehow and the person next to us would start up his truck and let it idle for nearly 1/2 an hour whilst he talked to others. Not a good wake up call at 6am. Maybe they should be spoken to and reminded that other people are staying there and that a car doesn't need to be "warmed"up these days.

The room was a good size and the King bed was very comfortable. We were surprised to be provided with rudimentary but nevertheless very welcome breakfast packs, which were not listed in the booking info.

Wifi and cable TV were both slow to connect, but then worked very well. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions, we could not access free-to-air TV (a problem we have experienced before with Google TV sets). The intermittent but obvious road noise prevented an unbroken night's sleep.

Amazing breakfast, very unexpected to have the assortment of sweet goodies. The children really enjoyed it and they exclaimed over the lovely setting. The lady in the office who greeted us was very welcoming and it was a wonderful start to a lovely stay.

Nothing really that comes to mind. We were very grateful to have our room changed to accomodate us all more comfortably. It was much more suitable to our needs and we appreciated the upgrade and it helped our stay be more pleasant. Thank you very much

Reception staff was lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was provided and was well thought through. When we arrived we had not realised the room was upstairs, and with an 82 yr old mum travelling with me who can't do stairs, they were most helpful in giving us a more suitable room. With a smile. We have stayed here before and will be on our way back from this trip. Happy to return.

Unfortunately we arrived late on a 38 degree day. We turned the air con on and then went out for dinner. When we got back the room was the same temp as outside and we felt it was too late to call the office. I think the air con needs a service and a gas refill. We tried all the different settings but in the end spent a very hot night without any cooling

Old facility but particularly well maintained. There were some nice touches. Preserved fruit, packed cereal and juice forbreakfast. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival.

The room had a couple next to it. i could hear them through the walls. They were not noisy but it would have been nice if someone hadn't been checked next to me. There were plenty of empty rooms.

Great location , very comfortable, lovely lady at reception. The swimming pool was relaxing. Felt very secure with an expensive motorcycle parked right outside room.

Very clean, comfy bed, comfy chairs, microwave, kettle and toaster. Clean crockery and cutlery, breakfast bags were very thoughtful. Great staff, happy friendly and plenty of tea coffee n sugar, toiletries etc. Great experience.

The only thing I would say was the bathroom is a bit dated, but perfectly adequate for needs.

It was nice to have plants outside the window and windows that open. Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and booked again as we were happy with everything. They have solar panels and kindly allowed us to charge our EV overnight. Just let them know ahead of time so they can put you in a suitable spot so that leads don’t create a trip hazard.

No need to leave electric blankets on the beds in summer as it makes for some uncomfortable lumps on the bed.
