This was a cosy overnight stop after a long day of driving. The room was bigger than we expected, clean and quiet. It is slightly out of town, but less than five minutes to where shops, pubs and cafes. The bonus part of our stay was discovering the Royal Hotel pub.

During our stay, Wifi was not working and the TV had limited channels. Given we arrived late, and were heading off early, this wasn't a massive inconvenience for us.

Away from the town centre in from the highway so could still hear the rumbling of the freight trucks but late at night very peaceful. The double bed at first sight looked saggy in the middle but two night’s awesome sleep was had. Having a seperate sink outside the bathroom was great too. Very large room with seperate table with two comfortable cushioned wrap around chairs for BYO breakfast and other meals as there was also a microwave.

The room was comfortable - and clean and bathroom toiletries were supplied. The room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. The staff were friendly. Close to Crystal Kingdon (worth a visit) - Also the Sidling Observatory was open so also worth a visit.

The location was a little out of town however, it is not an issue if you have your transport - it was a little noisy as the motel is on the highway and the night truck transport is quite heavy in this area. It was necessary to travel into town for evening meals

Room was so much better than other rooms at more expensive motels which are closer to town. Also quieter, brighter, more comfortable and there was adequate parking at the door of my room. Now my choice of accommodation when visiting Coonabarabran, and I have tried many others over recent months. Staff are pleasant, room fits the description, and the description and photos available when booking. Room was as booked.

Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The room had everything we needed and a bbq nearby which we put to good use for our evening meal. The location was on the outskirt of town which suited us and even though on a main road had very little traffic noise. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

A pleasant surprise for the price. The female staff member booking us in was friendly and cheerful and gave us a couple of great ideas for dinner. The Motel was on the cheap end of the scale but had a nice large bathroom, comfortable bed and chairs to sit in to watch TV. Certainly no complaints from us. We liked the fact that a small amount of crockery and cutlery were provided. A welcome change not often seen.

Nothing to complain about really but maybe a bit more attention to cleaning around the bathroom sink taps wouldn't go astray.

Staff Great. Room very comfortable. Used only as a stop between Melbourne and Brisbane. Town is great for a stop and look around. Check out the Solar System Drive if you are heading to Coonabarabran. Well worth the stops. Originally booked (what I thought was a motel I had stayed at previously) but this was much better.

Easy booking online, friendly staff, and a very comfortable standard room. I requested extra parking space for my trailer which was not a problem at all. This was only a one night booking but exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.

Convenient location on north western side of Coonabarabran to continue my journey north to Brisbane. The lovely lady at the reception was friendly and check-in took only a minute. The room was comfortable and very quiet, there was no noise from the highway after dark (I had been concerned that the trucks might be noisy at night; however, the traffic was very minimal after sunset)

I had been hoping the motel may have a restaurant; however, they did not.
