This place is amazing. it exceeded all our expectations. We actually had half a house as our accommodation. The bed was soo comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We had a fully stocked kitchenette with a great range of teas and lovely fresh juice in the fridge. The views from the back verandah were amazing. Very peaceful. Lovely to sit out there with a nice cup of tea/coffee. Nothing was too much trouble and the owners (David and Anne) were very welcoming. Although due to circumstances beyond her control Anne was unable to be present while we were there. However, she was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was OK, David is a lovely man, we had a great chat to him and he was very helpful with ideas regarding local points of interest. Great location, easy drive to many tourist locations. Must see the Fig Tree Avenue Walk and try and make it to Grafton when the Jacaranda Festival is on.

Andavine House B&B is really good value for money. We had what is essentially the back part of the house to ourselves. We had a separate bedroom, a lounge, bathroom, and a large outdoor covered verandah where we chose to have our excellent cooked breakfast overlooking the countryside. We were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea of homemade cake. Everything is very clean. The lounge has books and dvds along with comfortable seating to watch tv. Andavine House is a very good place to break your journey overnight, or longer.

Anne and David were absolutely lovely in seeing to all our needs, providing advice on things to see and do, making us feel welcome in their home and providing a stellar breakfast, while spoiling my wife with flowers, knowing that it was her birthday. The location was a few minutes away from the center of Grafton, making it easy to travel into town when needed and the stay itself was in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood.

Nothing overly obvious, the height of the shower may be of concern if taller visitors wanted to stay otherwise everything was perfect.

friendly welcoming personalty, went that bit extra to make sure we had a good time with them. afternoon tea served when we arrived and a beautiful cooked breakfast the next morning. Bed was very comfy.

the side stairs were a bit challenging for my 81 year old husband but we were given the option of taking our bags through their home to our rooms.

The property was amazing and host terrific .It was a long drive from Sydney and upon arrival the rooms had the aircon on as very hot.So nice and then had afternoon tea fresh date loaf and tea.Such a lovely touch and the added bonus of a lovely comfortable bath tub.Cannot fault the property ,the service and The country views from the large verandah were fabulous.Definitely will stay there again and told my friends about it.

Great hosts, a large space incorporating a private bedroom, bathroom, living area and balcony. A very pleasant cooked breakfast which we ate on the balcony, looking over farmland. We understand Anne and David are taking a break from running their B&B. We wish them well and if they reopen, we would love to stay again.

Lovely older style cottage, scrupulously clean and comfortable. Hostess Anne absolutely wonderful, nothing a trouble, great cookand provided magnificent English breakfast, served on covered outdoor deck with beautiful rural views. Would recommend to anyone wanting B and B accommodation.

Only complaint we were transiting through and only able to stay one night.

The "way" B&B's use to be! Fantastic full breakfast with many options, served by our hosts, Anne and David. Quiet semi-rural address, over-looking paddocks, towards the west; great sunsets from your large verandah. Comfortable and homely accom; clean and nice.

A lovely old home with character. Very comfortable and spacious. Great back deck, overlooking fields with many beautiful birds. Deck was a great place to enjoy the delicious breakfast. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the home made cake and tea on arrival.

Access up an outside stair case was not ideal. The street was very narrow but parking was OK.

Received a lovely welcome from Dave, and the next morning had a wonderful conversation with Ann. A real country welcome. They couldn't do enough for me. On occasions from the balcony I could see kangaroos.

The outside of the building needs some maintenance. However, my bedroom, lounge/dining and bathroom had no issues. My sheets had a fresh country smell to them.
