Considering we were situated on top of a restaurant, pub and loud music, it was surprisingly very quiet in our room. We could only hear the other guest’s doors opening and closing. The location exceeded our expectation for the Ultra Trail Jervis Bay Event, which my partner and I both participated in over the weekend. It was just so close to the start/finish line, bus pickup and food. Not to mention the awesome views of the beach and boulevard. New towels and bed made every day while you have left the room.

It’s only hotel style so not suitable for families with children (young/old). Probably would have been nice to have a toaster but the cafes are across the road and they open really early at 5am. Also the price per night is a bit steep compared to other places in the vicinity. But I guess you pay for what you get.

The room was sufficient for what we needed for a 1 night stay. It was quiet and accommodating. Great location being above a pub; plenty of restaurants, cafes and small retail within a short walk; quick access to water activities and great beaches.

Our room had an odd layout. When in bed you're looking straight down the hall towards the entry door. The shower door had a big gap at the bottom so it let a lot of water out. During our stay we saw people on the roof outside of our window, likely doing maintenance of some sort, but they still would've been able to see right into the room.

The setting was great looking out over the bay. There was a huge undercover outdoor balcony around two sides of property with another area separate from the hotel where you could also get food & drink as well as some outdoor garden umbrellas. The meals were amazing both in value & choice as well as presentaion & flavour. The room whilst not huge had everything we needed & was very modern & clean. Overall, it was a great stay & good choice! Nice also seeing all the families there & the kids out playing on he grass alongside the hotel balcony!

Noise was a bit of an issue. There was a boxing match on TV & we'd occsionally hear all the cheering etc because our room was near the stairs & the noise would come up from one of the bars nearby where the match was playing on TV. Also, it was a Sat night & they had some good food & drink specials on so obviously a popular night.

The exceptional staff and a perfect location that overlooks the bay made our stay at the hotel an experience to remember. It was that good we extended for a further 2 days (7 in total). As such, we cannot speak highly enough about the Hotel or Huskissons experience.

We liked everything, but will note the rooms are compact but they are well maintained and efficient- we only slept in them. Everything you want from this location is outside or at the hotel.

It was a comfortable and convenient stay at a traditional pub, great location at the Huskisson town centre. The room was clean,bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and worked well for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And being a pub, I could easily get a meal most times of the day.

In my room there were no windows that I could see out of. There were two glass doors, frosted glass that I could not open, although they let in plenty of light. It was not a major issue for me but I thought it was a bit unusual for any accommodation.

The location is great for what we needed. It was easy to find and we had parking on site. The bed was comfortable and the room was air conditioned. The hotel is old, the room was very small but accomodation is probably not the highest priority. There was a large shared balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Carrying our luggage up the very narrow staircase and the size of the room being very small so no room to store the case during our stay of 3 nights. The floorboards were very squeaky but it is an old hotel so thats not actually a complaint, just a bit annoying.

The location was excellent! Right near the beach, walkways, town and water. Right on the main strip of town making everything incredibly easy to get to. We had a sea view with joining balcony's with 2 other apartments each with their own table and chairs. The pub below was great, and everyone working was really friendly. We were also giving 2 drinks vouchers which was lovely. I will defiantly recommend and return myself again.

Spacious, clean & comfortable room with large shared balcony. Bed was comfy. Little but of noise from street & pub but it was a long weekend and you expect that when you stay upstairs at a pub. The staff were super friendly. The location was fantastic and walking distance to great food options, coffee and a few little shops.

Would have liked one more pillow option but I'm sure they would have given us one if we'd asked.

Great location, the staff member who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Although our room was clean and comfortable, it was much too small for 2 people. We could hardly wash our hands in the bathroom sink, it was that small. We saw that it was the smallest room in the hotel, so I guess the other guests would've had much more space - we did see that the other rooms had a desk and chair, as well as a proper bathroom with bench space, so I guess it just depends on what room you get.

Room was comfortable & provided everything that was needed. The hotel provides off-street parking & is located close to town & all amenities. The room we had was very quiet & the noise from hotel patrons did not concern us.

The only issue is that there is no lift to where the hotel rooms are located which if you have a large case, could prove difficult. This didn't concern us but may be an issue for some guests.
