Early check-in was appreciated and a switch to a ground floor unit was no problem either. Full marks for the friendliness and helpful attitude! We were happy with the room and the bed was quite comfortable. Nice big smart TV was welcome after some places having small TVs. The Ex-Servicemen's Club next door had an excellent restaurant for dinners (but no breakfasts). Shower had good constant flow and maintained water temp well.

We had brought breakfast food items with us but found there were no cereal bowls nor plates, just saucers. The provided toaster was good but this implied it was for the paid breakfasts, which we had declined as being too pricey. There was no clock, making for middle-of-the-night wake-ups, wondering what time it was. The carpark speed bumps were mountainous!

The location set at the edge of a golf course. Our room looked towards the golf course and mountains. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The blankets were soft and cozy.

At first glance of the room our bed looked to me as if it had been laid upon. The bottom throw cover was ruffled up not straight. I took a photo and headed back to the office and the receptionist came to check. No it’s the new ruched look. The bottom throw cover is meant to be like this. To an older not fashion conscious person it looked unmade. No lift to first level, although you could note if you needed a ground floor unit. If staying in Nowra area it’s a lovely place to stay.

Really helpful staff, especially on Reception. Pool was lovely. Big clean downstairs room, well appointed. Good stopping off point on the way to the south coast beeches. Attached restaurant/club had excellent food for relatively little money. We had booked a second stay there on the way back to Sydney, but our plans changed so we had to cancel last minute, but the hotel still refunded us (they didn't have to), which was nice, so I think the staff deserve special mention.

Not that close to the centre of town if you don't have a car

I was very impressed with this motel. Nice surroundings and views and away from the centre. We stayed in the executive king room with the golf course and hills in the distance view. Soothing green grass around and a sports club was a pleasant feature . Our room was spotless and comfortable. The size was generous. Everything worked perfectly fine. Loved the white walls,huge desk, good size tv with various channels. The bed was comfy with nice linen. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower A small table and soft chairs made it more comfortable. There was a water bottle for us and the room was warm. Nice touch. We loved the balcony to enjoy the fresh air and the view. The only thing that could be possibly fixed is the wobbly table.I think that it’s due to the soft carpeting. But it would be nice not to worry about spilling my tea. Otherwise a perfect place for another stay.

Nice location and amazing surroundings including the golf course and pool. Comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed.

Staff would only allow the persons whose name was on the booking to check in. This made it difficult for us as bridesmaids as we were staying somewhere else on the first night to get ready for a nearby wedding. We had to physically check in for our partners once the rooms were ready - no option to provide our ID in person earlier in the day. We had listed them as guests on booking.com but the lady said this doesn’t count.

So peaceful, what a beautiful property. We got an upgrade to overlook the golf course & it looked amazing & so quiet. Couldn’t hear other people on their rooms despite it being peak time. Loved the pool so clean & big & hardly anyone around when we were using it. Very handy being right next to a club where we went for dinner. Room was spacious with king comfy bed, comfy chairs & table & big tv.

The first room we were going to have smelt musty so we were switched to the room above. Also would have loved to have tried The Growers restaurant next door but it’s only open certain days. Oh well we will have to come back.

On arrival the staff member in office was very pleasant and friendly. Our room was spacious, very comfy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Room very clean, towels lovely and soft, there was a microwave too. The view was beautiful, golf course and the mountains. The grounds were immaculate. There is a club right next door, 2 mins walk. Club was very nice and the food was delicious with quite a selection. Will demo stay here again when we next visit Nowra.

Rooms were large and roomy, beds were very comfortable, shower had great pressure. Loved that there was a sliding door that could be opened for fresh air!! Surrounding Grounds were lovely and very well kept, pool looked great but the timing of our visit was a little too cold to utilise.

There was some minor mould and some spiders in the bathroom and surrounds of sink not cleaned very well.

Stayed with friends for a golf tournament. The hotel is right on course so perfect for our needs. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, particularly the beds. The club has a bistro serving good food and on weekends there’s a fabulous restaurant called The Growers occupying the ground floor area as well as a large outdoor space. Couldn’t recommend the whole complex highly enough especially for golfers.

As usual another fantastic stay at Springs Shoalhaven Nowra. The Rooms are always spotless and every Staff Member is exceptional. So handy having the Club adjoining and always a very warm welcome there as well. Springs Shoalhaven Nowra is the only place I will EVER stay when I'm in Nowra for business or leisure.
