I was initially a bit hesitant about booking this place due to its proximity to Princess Highway, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful it turned out to be. The cabin was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the sounds of birds in the morning and the lack of any noticeable traffic noise—it really felt like a little retreat. The BBQ setup was perfect for a relaxed evening meal, and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids. On top of all that, it was fantastic value for money. A great stay that exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend, especially for families!

Traffic to Jervis Bay.

In short, Kylie and Tim! They are great people. After we found an issue with our designated cabin, Kylie raced over and apologetically handed us keys to the upgraded cabin next door. No excuses, no waiting for it to be fixed, just straight-up great service. Likewise, the next day, Tim recommended us to a friend for a fix to our car after noticing me looking at the problem. Saved me hundreds!! The property is a mix of residential and short stay. Quiet, well manicured, and clean. Not perfect, but good value. Clean pool and BBQ area. I'd say my rating is a high 8, but I'll round up to a 9!

Small maintenance things that didn't detract from the stay.

We had 2 cabins to atten a concert in berry. Our 1 x bedroom cabin was unexpectedly upgraded to 2 x bedroom a lovely suprise. MGR Tim was very friendly, at last minute we had an extra person and he changed bedding configuration. There was 2x servos close so my friends could get there coffee fix. Across rd is fast food chains and easy walk around corner is woolies and liquorland. They are on the courtesy bus route to 4 x clubs and you are provided details on fridge and also local taxi service...we went to bommaderry bowlo and food was very good. I intend to go to more concerts in future and definitely will stay here, very good value for money.

Very quiet area and also quiet from the road noise. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good location. Restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if passing through the area. No loud parties or early morning departures around us as most of the homes are lived in on a longer term basis.

The shower took some adjustment to get it to the correct temperature (too hot or too cold) but once that was worked out everything was fine.

The cabin was spacious and had 2 t.vs,microwave and oven and stove included. Very new cabins also, great value for money, beds were pretty comfortable. Not to far from Nowra and Huskisson

Air-conditioned air hardly went in the bedroom .Air conditioning unit located in kitchen .but luckily there was 2 ceiling fans one in bedroom and kitchen area.

The Treenhaven is a great location in relation to the Bomaderry Sports Stadium. We have now stayed there for the fourth time, we have enjoyed our accommodation each time and feel the value for money is unmatched in the area.

We stay at a lot of tourist parks when travelling for basketball, a lot of these have excellent facilities, great grounds and activities for all the family. As long as you know Treehaven is designed to be a 'retirement village' with a handful of cabins at the front for booking and that you are not expecting it to be like other 'tourist parks' then you will be happy with your choice.

The proximity of the property to the venue we were going to. Modern bathroom and kitchen

Every time guests leave the property by their vehicle, coming back was a bit of a hassle because guests have to go all the way to a road were there is a right turn to be able to go back to the entrance of the property.

We organised accommodation over several weeks at Treehaven for our workers. Kylie & Tim were so accommodating with all aspects of the stay and our workers enjoyed their stay and all facilities provided.

we were pleasantly surprised at the cabin being so new! everything was clean and well presented just a small cabin but well thought out with little side tables on the sofa we could move as needed. Wonderful comfy bed great to have lots of power points and places to charge the phones too the bathroom is large and well set out with a good size shower and wonderful water pressure Kitchen had a full size fridge as well which is great.

maybe add a blind to the bathroom as it faces east and was quite bright first thing in morning but that would be all !

We liked that it was quiet and comfortable, the cabin was clean and tidy and it came with everything we needed which was great.

We didn't like that we found mould under the double bed fold out couch and that the shower leaked and created a bit of a slipping hazard.
