Close to wedding location we were attending, exceptionally clean and neat, both property and our cabin.

Uncomfortable bed. Staff none too helpful. Balance owing (50%) taken from my account without my knowledge or permission before I arrived to check in. Excuse given was not acceptable and basically told when I phoned on Monday to follow up that ‘yes, that was our error.’ Well, seriously, I knew that which was why I complained. None too sorry for their illegal use of my card either. Spoiled my stay really.

The backyard with the soccer field, basketball court, bike track, gym equipment, the jumping pillow, chess, picnic tables. Was not expecting this amazing escape from the caravan park. The pool was so clean and the slide makes it so fun for the kids. The staff were great to work with when we were booking in for go karts or wanting to hire the pool table. So patient and always ready to help where they can.

Just the linen situation. Didn’t know we needed to bring our own linen - after we booked in we were notified of this, and we were moving from another holiday home so the kids had no sheets or blankets on their bunks. We were offered to rent sheets for $25per bed per night which would have resulted in an extra $300 for 3 nights when we already paid over $1000. But our beds were comfy otherwise.

Location was great. Would have loved to stay longer and explore the resort and its amenities. Weather was a factor - still had a great time though. Great staff - nice, friendly, cheerful 😊

Internet was barely connecting. It's a good place to switch off as you wouldn't really have much of a choice. Even phone reception was patchy. But if you're fine to switch off for a few days, you'll love it! It's good to really bond with your family/friends. If you can't live without your streaming services, online games, and social media - sorry, this is not a place for you.

The big ground for kids activities. Jumping pillow was favourite for all our kids. Pedal kart within the premises was an excellent activity for kids and grown up. We enjoyed it a lot. Swimming pool with slide was fantastic though the water was cold due to weather having less sun. In summary, we may return here again around summertime.

The wifi

Everything! Lots of space for our party... Main bedroom spacious, clean modern bathroom with big showerhead. Easy parking. 2 cars easily fit. Lots of space for the kids outside and the balcony was a nice place for us all the hangout during the day.

I wish there had been 2 bigger queen beds as 1 adult had to sleep in a single bed.

We arrived late and was told before there would be a late arrival pack left. This was easy to find and check in. When we arrived to the cabin, it was clean and warm as the heat pump had been put on (we arrived on a cold night). It was my birthday and I mentioned this as I was booking, when I walked in I found a box of chocolates and a birthday note which was a really nice touch! :D

Nothing. It was a perfect night away.

Awesome location, a lot of investment in resort facilities- heaps to do for kids. Parkland was amazing. Lots to do in the area - beach, parks, jetty etc

Fantastic location, close to shops and Berry. The accommodation was modern, clean, and very spacious. Loved the big fridge and ceiling fans for extra comfort. Plenty of kids’ facilities and a handy personal washing line in the car space. Friendly staff made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Location was excellent the staff were extremely helpful both when we arrived and the next morning. The unit was clean, well equiped and had good parking. The park was quiet but well situated. We would definitely stay there again when eve the need may arise, Thankyou for such a pleasant stay.

I can’t fault the care or service. Perhaps the lighting to advertise where you are could be clearer.

I purchased this getaway for my husband for Father’s Day as he has been working so hard for us. We absolutely loved our stay. It was such a great central location. Everyone was really friendly, our accommodations fit our family of 6 comfortably. We came home so well rested and are looking at booking another stay for the next holidays.
