Loved everything about this property, the great location to the main street to do some retail therapy lol 😆 The couple at Park Ridge Retreat were so friendly and helpful, very pleasant indeed. Ease of parking to enter reception to check in and then being directed to carpark under building where I knew my vehicle was totally safe. I noticed they even had charging stations aswell! We booked the Fisherman's Club courtesy bus from Gerroa and enjoyed the evening out both nights of our stay. Food was sensational! For a getaway with family or friends, you definitely need to consider this beautiful property.

I think the only thing you need to know is there are stairs throughout this building. Unfortunately, no lift, so if you have wonky knees like mine lol maybe book ground floor, that's the only drawback.

Friendly, helpful managers, good sized room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, excellent location, only a short walk to shopping, cafes, restaurants etc. Ample under cover parking.

There is very little to dislike in this establishment. The only thing to mention is that the shower in our room was in the bath tub. It is quite a high step to enter the bath tub which could be a problem for less mobile folk. However, I understand that you can request a room with a more accessible shower.

Great location and good size for the three of us. Very quiet at night (we stayed on a Friday night).

It would have been good to have a freezer in the fridge - it wasn’t a big issue for us as we were only staying one night but for a longer stay it would be useful (eg to store cool packs for keeping food cold when travelling or, in our case, to store icecream before we were ready to eat it).

Location, location & location. Staff were fantastic & our room was amazing. Nice & cool on entry, the room smelt fantastic & well..... OK, so this next one is going to sound weird, but my wife & I couldn't believe there was actually toilet spray in the toilet. Such a small detail, but it's the 1 percent small efforts that add up. 👍✌️😁

A Pool.... but that's not a big deal. There is a massive Ocean nearby. 😁

Really comfy and clean rooms, staff were wonderful and suggested places to eat nearby. The location is also perfect as it is a nice quiet street and just minutes away from number of nice cafes, restaurants, pizza places and even a supermarket. The views of the Werri Beach from some of the cafes were phenomenal! All the variety of food cuisines near Park Ridge were really good as well.

There was not much to not like anything.

It was within walking distance from the Rockpool for swimming and the headland for viewing. Quiet street and a very comfy room with a bathtub. Close to restaurants and shopping. Morsch at the front desk was so friendly and I felt very welcome. He was happy to answer any questions and help.

The bathroom is a little dated and when you shower or bath you get more water on the floor but the shower mat soaks it up ok. It needs to be resealed and tiled in a less dated tile. Not a drama just a nuisance.

Park Ridge location was perfect, with an and easy short walk to the entre of town. East to find, and friendly greeting by Manager on our arrival.

We only had one issue during our stay. On the last night of our stay, we arrived back the park ridge only to find we were unable to have a shower due to the lack of hot water. On contacting the on-duty staff, we were promptly offered a shower in another room. Apparently, this has been an ongoing problem that needs urgent addressing for the comfort of future guests stay in that room and the room opposite where our family members stayed.

The property was super cool, I loved the vibes and styling and especially loved that they played music down the halls. Very very cool vibes. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade and we absolutely loved the apartment we were in. Just a really well styled, comfortable and well maintained place overall and had such a wonderful stay we will definitely be back!

Parking with a bigger car was a little tricky but nothing that the staff couldn’t help us figure out.

The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful, when he realised my friend was using crutches, he immediately changed us from a room upstairs to a room downstairs. This wasn't prompted and just such a nice thing to do after a long day of travel for us! very welcoming!

Kristene and Brian the general managers were so helpful and friendly. For example, when we arrived they upgraded us to a better room. Probably because we were booked to stay 6 nights.

The daily cleaners forgot to supply us with body wash and soap and did not come daily.
