Quiet yet close to the beach and shops. Only a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Clean room, clean sheets, and towels. We had the family room and it was very spacious. I would definitely recommend it. We didn't hear any noise, but we had little children so hoping we weren't the noisy ones. The room has all the basic amenities for a simple breakfast or meal making. Toaster. Microwave and a kettle.

To be honest nothing. There was no issue. If I were to be picky, I would let them know that one light bulb needed replacing in that room :) but that had no impact on us.

Very clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. Walk to beach andbmany eateries. Friendly manager and location.

Very minor maintenance issues which I'm sure will be rectified ... Bathroom door squeaked (needs oil), spa was hard to get started (needed a few button presses) and there was an inidentified intermittent buzz (not located). No view (though it said mountain view in the add, it was behind another building). The lighting in the bedroom could be softer, the downlights were bright. Once those issues are sorted, a very comfortable stay.

Excelllent staff. Large comfortable, nicely refurbished room. Excellent lighting., new bathroom with good toiletries. good supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. Excellent location 5 minutes from restaurants, cafes and beach. We stay a few times a year.

Unfortnately it is noisy between rooms. You can hear the person in the next room talking and even snoring. We just accept this and use ear plugs if necessary.

Gary sand Kerry - hosts exceptional. Property/suite kept in perfect condition down to the pretty gardens. Generous size suite, lounge area, two flat screen TVs, one a 65" flat smart screen/app tv. Microwave, amenities, come though daily with fresh linens etc. Bed and pillows very comfy! Great tour guide for nice walks too. An enormous hot tub in the bathroom, perfect for after the recommended trails and swim down at the beach. A stroll to the village. Great cafes. I recommend De Village Dessert Cafe on Addison for breakfast and Ocean Beach Hotel for a wine and lunch. Hayley, a Licensee was very kind, makes a mean Margarita and the pub was bustling -great for all genres of life. I visited for a friend's birthday but added a couple of days to relax and so happy that I did. On premises parking a plus and the parking is monitored. As such discuss have any problems finding parking, especially during the holiday period. This property a great little find. 🙂

I liked everything. An additional spending lamp in the lounge area would be a welcome addition in the larger rooms. I was in room 19.

Room was large and spacious with a spa, lounge, and seperate bedroom. Noise from other rooms and carpark at times was an issue due to being on the second floor and a closed setting. Laundry was common for guests and housekeeping so get in early or late if doing your own laundry, also 5 X $1 coins required so be prepared.

Perfect location for my work purposes. Room equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, and cutlery, which made self-catering breakfast very easy. IGA supermarket is located within easy walking distance. Very good wifi, which is always a bonus.

Nothing, my stay was very comfortable

It was very central to lots of eateries and the pub, although most were closed due to the Christmas /New Year break.

The motel felt very crammed in. The car park was very tight, minimal outdoor sitting areas, no pool or BBQ and the designated smoking area was an ashtray in the alleyway. The room was outdated and the bathroom was very small.

Great rooms, very happy with the price and the facilities. Location is perfect, walking distance to beautiful beaches and cafes every street you go down. Staff were also extremely kind and although we had no problems we wouldn't have had any concerns with reaching out.

Only thing that would have made the trip even better would be an extra towel rack for beach towels!

Nicely presented. Convenient to shops & restaurants

Nearly missed check in time & at the time saw a sign that said no check in / rooms available after reception closes at 8pm. This was not advised at any stage during the booking & confirmation process. But incredibly noisy in the morning - building site over the road, cleaning staff, unidentified banging, squeaking woke us quite early.

We were pleasantly surprised by Shellharbour Village Motel, as it presented the most modern and refreshed motel room we had come across. The room was bright and clean, with a beautiful new bathroom. The water pressure and temperature were great. Location is very close to the beach and restaurants. Definitely worth a stay.
