The bed was nice, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was good, great to have a kettle, toaster and microwave so I could make my own dinner, breakfast and lunch. Bathroom was nice and clean, shower was very nice. Everything was very modern and updated. Great to be able to checkout late after my running event so I could come back for a shower afterwards.

There was no clock beside the bed. There was a lamp beside the bed, but it was unplugged as there were no PowerPoints beside the bed at all. The chain latch on the door was broken or had been partially removed, resulting in somebody opening the door and coming in while I was getting ready to leave.

The unit was good and I was looking forward to enjoying the spa bath but never had a chance. The cleaning staff, especially Rachelle, went above and beyond to accommodate both myself and my nervous pughuahua.

A senior older woman and member of management was quite rude disappointedly as I was about to give the hotel praise but the lack of communication or knowledge of my book and her demeanour truly made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t feel entirely sure about recommending this hotel as my intuition is pretty on point.

It wasn’t far from food, shopping, beaches, petrol stations, etc. The desk staff were helpful and kind. I travelled with a baby and my partner, the upper story hotel room we stayed in was quiet and clean and we were able to park the car directly outside. It came with a large TV, a fridge and microwave. That bathroom was big enough for one person to use at a time and was updated nicely. The window view over the lake from the kitchen and bathroom wouldn’t be viewable if you are shorter than 165cm tall, the windows are high up. The air con worked well and the stay was overall enjoyable and easy.

The one thing I really didn’t like was the bed head - it shouldn’t be fabric, it should be wooden. It was a little scratchy and carried a lot of dust. I had to lean against it to prop the baby up and feed her and it irritated my back. There are some permanent residents next door in the caravan park who play their tv very loud all night long. It was very loud as soon as you stepped out of the room. I thought it was someone in the complex playing it loud but it was someone across the way. Also there were some very loud groups staying in the cabins behind us near the lake, this can be expected on Easter Holiday and the noise was reduced well in the rooms but you couldn’t cancel it all out. There’s always a young drunken loud pack somewhere.

Good for the price. Not luxury accomodation but that is expected for the price. Nice view of the lake from the cabin we stayed in. Cabin was clean and well equipped with microwave , plates and cups. Bed was comfortable. Big TV with remote. The pool is nice , the kids loved it. Service station next door is convinient for milk etc. I would stay again if I needed to stay in the area.

Location is average. Not super close to a beach or restaurants but drive isn’t far.

The staffs are very friendly. They helped me for the late check in. The room was also very comfy. Especially the family room we booked, it was dope. Large room, plasma TV with Netflix, the bathtub with jacuzzi and the kitchen/dining space with two sinks!. Definitely will go there again if we travel to wollongong in the future.

Perhaps if they could give the family room which located on the ground floor, it would be perfect, since we had to carry our baggage to 2nd floor. Only that thing.

I liked the brightly lit room with doors in the front and at the back. It had a view of the Lake Illawarra. The bathroom was spacious with wall mounted dispensers for soap including shaving foam. We enjoyed watching Netflix on the large TV screen. I liked the tiled flooring. The microwave was handy. The room was in a quiet location of the motel.

I have no dislikes

Loved the little cabin by the lake. It was perfect for my family especially because we all wanted to stay in one room. The little kitchen amenities made it perfect for us to cook up a breakfast in the room before we left. The toilet was clean and warm water was available during the winter season.

There was a towel that was wet and couldn't be used so that was unfortunate as it indicates improper checking of room after someone leaves.

Much better then I expected. For the price did not expect much and what we got was well above. Easy to book especially last minute. We came in early and were able to get the keys to our rooms before check in so we could still go out to our event. Went above and beyond to make our experience great.

Not really alot. The location made it hard to get an uber to Wollongong but that is hardly anything to complain about as we knew it could be a problem when booking

It was nice and warm and comfortable

No sink to fill up the kettle had to use the toilet sink which isn't good hygiene. Wifi was very slow and kept going off most of the time we were there and the TV. Slow customer service not being able to provide toilet paper etc straight away when requested.
